I saw the review 4.9 the hotel I don't understand why there are such high scores, 1. Facilities: There is no closed terrace in the public area, no hotel lobby or anything, all outside the open air 2. The hotel room is very dim. I thought it was very special. In fact, it was really boring. The equipment inside was a bit old. And there's a smell as soon as you enter 3. The hotel feels like the room is provided, breakfast and change are outsourced 4, the location is to say that the hot air balloon is not bad Personally not recommended, spend the same money to live in a better environment, or go to the town of Goreme

I'm writing this comment a few months (désolé Murat pour le retard ..) after our stay in Cappadocia, but my two friends and I still keep wonderful memories about our four days stay in Takaev Cave Hotel. Everything was perfect, I insist : the room (lovely, confortable, well equipped and cheap), the hotel situation (Uchisar is a pretty little town, with an amazing view on the region from the terrace), the breakfast (complete and delicious) and above all, the staff. As three youngs from Switzerland, we really appreciated Murat's (the hotel owner) efforts to show us where to go hiking in beautiful places. He's been a formidable host, for what we send him great thanks. Same for his team, which has been so helpful and friendly. Thank you again !! To close, I can only recommend the Takaev Hotel to everyone (families, friends, couples, ”routards”, etc.) looking for a unforgettable stay in Cappadocia.

The most wonderful stay. I arrived late at night & the hotel staff was so warm & welcoming. The hotel itself should be 5 stars- the room is so clean, stunning design & all amenities available. The rooftop seating has an incredible view & the breakfast each morning is amazing/so delicious! I felt safe & 100% content/happy with my stay. Ahmet, hotel manager, is so wonderful & accommodating to whatever I needed. All tours were on time & very professional. I took the hotel shuttle to & from the airport which was convenient. I recommend this hotel to all friends & family!!

Location +++, ballon view +++, breakfast +++. Balcony room was clean and spacious, with a perfect view of the morning balloon launching. Breakfast was traditional Turkish with veggies, dippings, breads, and made to order eggs, served beautifully by a very efficient staff. Didn’t start until 8:30, but that worked for us. Only negative was the observation that the owner was not around, and as long as he received his monthly revenue, no need to spend anything on maintenance or give staff authority to do so. Pool cushions were stained and torn, chair cushions were junk, flowers were uncared for, closet doors needed fixing, shower bracket broken, etc, etc. Would consider returning, but only after they got their docks in order.

Residing in a hotel with my wife for a couple of days. The room is cozy, clean, neat. Despite the March cold in the room was very warm, apparently heated by a warm floor. In the room, we were waiting for tea-coffee-saccharide, 4 bottles of water on 0.5, 2 piece of soap, 2 shampoo, sewing set (why without needle, but with watt sticks). In the room there is a air conditioner, t with Russian channels, fan, utug, tea + cup. San.host is quite clean and neat. Walls, floor, shelves - all of natural stone, perfectly fit in the hotel style, and all cappadonia as a whole. For a pedestrian tourist, breakfast from 8 o'clock will not be very convenient. Early to go for a walk = miss breakfast. And he is good here. Not a Swedish table, but the dishes are very delicious and saturated. For the first time I liked olive oil, in Russia I can't tolerate them, and here everything fell. The restaurant itself has a panoramic (film-for-hot) glass and chic views on the valleys. Breakfast is one pleasure. But the location is very convenient. And to the Ukhchisar Tower hand to hand and to the Maidan not more than 10 minutes walk and to Gereme through the valley of the pigeons only 5 km walk on the amazing road. Staff - young guys, friendly, in Russian do not understand, but in simple English it was quite possible to understand each other. In general the hotel liked, we would be happy to come again. The view is very good, just below the Ušićsar Castle, a few minutes' walk away. On a good day, you can see the Erciyes volcano in the distance. It is only a few kilometers away from the town of Goreme. The room facilities are good, but the breakfast is awkward for Chinese people. Although there are many varieties, they are not suitable for Chinese stomachs.

We stayed 3 nights and 4 days in the hotel and I can say that it was not good or bad about cleaning. We didn't see any cleaning process when we left the room and came back to the room and when we left the winter, the maximum was 3-4 room. The location is very good where you will use public transport if you don't go by car. You can walk to the Nevşehir centre or the Avanos area 2 minutes later. And the place to go is 20 minutes away. There is a sufficient breakfast variety, no matter how to think about a hotel like 4 or 5 stars. When you first enter the room, 2 shake tea and 2 coffee are waiting for you, and the room is cattle. I advise you to take too much water while you come to the hotel because you haven't much shopping around the hotel. The hotel official Huseyin was very lazy, very friendly, helpful and interested. If you want to stay here, I can advise you because the price/performance is high. On the one hand, the unique view of the Flying Castle of Casar and on the other hand, the colorful balloons flying will welcome you. The main places you will think of traveling in Nevşehir are the Deinkuyu Landsby, Skimbling Landsby, Open View Museum, Love Valley, Urgüp Temenni Hill, Uçhisar Castle, Guvercinlik Valley, Zelve Open View Museum. If you come by car, the valley of Gods is waiting for you.
