Hôtel super agréable, propre autant les chambres que les extérieurs, personnel d’entretien et des restaurants adorable. Là situation est parfaite , magnifique paysage et plein de sorties à faire. Le seul hic est l’équipe d’animation qui ne parle de que russe (« my english is very bad » nous a t on dit) toute l’animation tourne que autour des russes, la musique française y est interdite, les Français ne sont pas le bienvenus sur les temps d’animation journée et soirée.

Incroyable !! Le personnel est juste incroyable surtout celui du service dans les restaurants ainsi que les dames de ménage. Les chambres très confortable. L’hôtel est très bien entretenu, les restaurants sont très propre les jardins magnifiques ainsi que les chambres. Je conseille vivement cette hôtel

Service was great! Kids club was amazing, lots of fun activities and games. Food was average but still pretty tasty. We liked the rooms and the beach, the sea was cold but clean and beautiful. This not a typical Turkish 5* hotel, but worth the price.

Ben ailem ile gittim çok temiz, rahat, sakin, huzurlu ve bir o kadar eğlenceliydi. Ailecek çok memnun kaldım. Garsondan aşçılara ve temizlikler gergin işlerini aksatmadan tam tamına yapıyorlardı. Animasyon ekibi de eğlenmeyi bilen insanları eğlendire bilen çok iyi insanlardandı. Özellikle başta Engin Bey olmaz üzere çok ilgililerdi sizi etkinlikleri özellikle çağırıyor ve eğlenmeniz için elinizden geleni yapıyorlardı. Odalar çok rahat ve konforluydu. Aynı zamanda geniş ve refahtı içerde bunalmıyordunuz. Otel plajı ve içi olmaz üzere çok geniş ve rahattı kimse kimseyi rahatsız etmeden oturabiliryor ve keyif yapabiliryordu. Yemekler çok ayrı bir konu. Aşçılar çok güzel ve çeşitli yemekler yapıyorlardı. Beş gün kaldım ve beş günde bedenim kendine geldi. Normalde abur çubukla günü geçirirdim orada canım hiç öyle şeyler çekmedi. Kesinlikle çokça tavsiye ediyorum mutlaka gidin ve tatiliniz tadını çıkarın.

Otelin oda kısımları ***et güzel ve kullanışlı...Doğal ortam içerisinde ***et güzel...Ancak havuzlar ve aqupark hiç kullanışlı değil...Havuzlar yenilenmeli mutlaka...Çılgın nehir adı verilen botlu kisima iyi bir aqupark açılırsa çok daha iyi olur...Mutfak fena değil daha iyi olabilir...

Bence mükemmel bir otel. Her şey çok güzeldi. Otelin konumundan mı bahsetsem , yapılacak aktivitelerin bolluğundan mı bahsetsem bilemedim. Çalışanlar samimi ve güzel yüzlülerdi. Otel odasından çıktığında ağaçların asrasında dolaşmak bile çok güzeldi. Birgün tekrar gitmek çok isterim.
