This hotel has the worst service and customer care I have ever been through.
They never reply in calls and when they reply either they keep sending you from one person to another or they close the phone.
Management not supporting when I explained my issue regarding my wife need to be in same room they ask for extra 275 euro per night which is double price of hotel.
This happened to more than one person as I ask my other friend they just want money not your happiness.
It should be 2 star hotel and not Rixos brand name

ailecek uzun zamandır bu kadar keyifli bir tatil geçirmemiştik tabii ki Mert Aşar beyin ilgi ve özeniyle. tatilimizin her aşamasında bize destek oldu kendisi. buradan bir daha tesekkur etmek isterim. Ayrıca otel ***et güzel ve harika doğasıyla size güzel bir tatilin kapılarını açıyor.

Классный отель с огромной территорией для семейного отдыха! Отдыхали с детьми 6 и 8 лет. Проживали в Family pool villa - номер отличный с выходом в бассейн и отдельным рестораном. В отеле хорошая анимация для детей, дочь участвовала в театральной постановке, а сын в спортивных соревнованиях и тренировках. Хочется отметить отличный консьерж-сервис, а именно менеджеров Корай и Альфию. Обращались к ним с любой просьбой и всегда получали от них помощь и обратную связь! Каждое утро присылали нам расписание во всем отеле на день! Вообщем рекомендую данный отель!

Güzel bir tatil olmasını bekliyorduk zaten. Ama bu kadar mükemmel olmasını beklemiyorduk. Misafir karşılamasından restaurant çalışanlarına kadar herkes çok ilgili, kibar ve işini en iyi şekilde yapmaya çalışıyor. Belli ki misafirler burdan ne olursa olsun memnun ayrılmalı düşüncesiyle hareket ediyorlardı. Her şey çok güzel olsa da yemeklere ayrıca değinmek gerek. Tüm yemeklerin çok üst seviyede lezzetli olması gerçekten sevindirici. A'la Cart restaurantlar da gerçekten oldukça güzeldi. Ancak ana restauranttaki yemekler ve tatlılar çok iyi seviyedeydi. Tüm şeflerin ve çalışanların emeğine sağlık. Kısacası hizmet kalitesi ve yemekler mükemmeldi. Peyzajı da çok güzeldi. Sadece denizin fazla taşlık olması olumsuz sayılabilecek bir yön. Ama havuzun büyüklüğü ve güzelliği denize alternatif oluşturması açısından oldukça iyiydi.
