Rixos Premium Tekirova - the Land of Legends Access

This hotel has the worst service and customer care I have ever been through. They never reply in calls and when they reply either they keep sending you from one person to another or they close the phone. Management not supporting when I explained my issue regarding my wife need to be in same room they ask for extra 275 euro per night which is double price of hotel. This happened to more than one person as I ask my other friend they just want money not your happiness. It should be 2 star hotel and not Rixos brand name

Exceptional hotel, especially thanks to helpful staff such as Mert and Evgeniya and all the bar staff who made amazing cocktails Buffet could've been better as it was the same every night, but the restaurants were amazing, including the free restaurants.

What can I say…. Rixos you were amazing! This place did not disappoint. Can’t find a fault. The food, entertainment, kids entertainment everything was perfect! Room was lovely the staff were brilliant. Such a wonderful place! Paradise :)

We spent 10 days in Rixos Tekirova and it was the greatest holiday ever. There are plenty of activities for both adults and children to choose from. There is even a little farm! We were not bored even for a minute during our stay. Food range includes anything you can wish for. There is even a special kids cafe that offers healthy food options if there’s been too much of french fries and ice cream around :) Huge thanks to our guest assistants, especially Mert ☺️ any request we had was solved within 5 minutes! Rixos Tekirova is perfect place to disconnect, enjoy the sun and see and have the greatest fun with your family!! For sure will come back next year

Terrible service, staff unhelpful, extremely loud room until 12am, terrible food and a bowl of rice on offer for vegetarians at the ‘restaurants’. You can eat at the a la carte restaurants where two meals are included in the stay, and all they have to offer is meat dishes or the same bolognaise pasta. They offered a vegetarian menu which consisted of tomato pasta and Lamb Chop (?) unsure what we are paying for as vegetarians to be honest. The music from the stage is extremely loud even with all of the doors closed it is as loud as Ibiza until 12am, with a baby this is far from ideal. When complaining no one cared apart from we were offered two much smaller rooms, hardly surprising we didn’t take them up on their offer. Manager was supposed to meet us in the lobby at 10, and didn’t even turn up! Shows the lack of importance of complaints to them. Overall the worst experience of a hotel, definitely not a 5 star. Staff don’t want to know and just fob you off. Room hasn’t been cleaned in two days and we have a bin with nappies in that needs regularly emptying. Drinks at the bar are always different and cocktails made completely differently every time so no idea what you are drinking unless you have a two ingredient drink. Food labelled as vegetarian in the main canteen have fish in, which vegetarians do not eat, so unless it is simple food such as salad you are taking a risk eating it which I think is a disgrace. To top this off my fiancé had suspected food poisoning for two days and couldn’t even get out of bed. We have since spoken to two other couples who have been sick since being here also. I am astounded this is labelled a 5 star hotel with this service, food and attitude towards customers who have paid thousands to be here and just be messed around by staff pretending to try and fix issues. Only plus is kids entertainment is great. Shame it has been let down by the rest of it.
