For context, I used to be the Head of Europe for an international hotel chain with over 50,000 hotel beds. We had a disgusting experience with the Movenpick. We saw the reviews that the hotel had missed the opening date for the beginning of May. We were assured by Accor (on their main website contact telephone number) that it would be open for 19th May. We were assured by the staff at Movenpick twice (Mustafa was one of these people) on Instagram and email that the hotel would be open on 19th May. So we booked to stay on 19th May. We checked again on 14th May and were told the hotel was still open on 19th May and then …….. 38 hours before we were due to take off on holiday, we were told the hotel would be open on 5th June. No apology, no help in finding alternative accommodation. Nothing. I’m staggered by the utter lack of professionalism and respect for a company that is supposed to be in the hospitality industry. I’m sure the hotel will be amazing when they eventually open, but I am very worried with the top down lack of customer care or management when people spending significant amounts of money are treated in this way. How simple is it to send one generic apology to the email addresses of all the people you are letting down? Disgraceful.

Хочется выразить огромную «благодарность», за сорванный отпуск для меня и моей семьи. Куча потраченных нервных клеток, убитое настроение и т.д. Хочется, чтобы отель понимал, что работающие люди планируют отпуск заранее, и переносы отпуска бывают невозможны. И ещё для понимания отель был забронирован заранее, и что мне делать сейчас с этой суммой денег непонятно… Надеюсь Ваш рейтинг упадет ниже плинтуса, и Вы будете долго его восстанавливать хорошей работой. Но лично для себя я внесла сеть отелей mövenpick в черный список.

Ну что ж . Сейчас поделюсь интересной историей ) И так , мы одни из тех , кому нашумевший отель пытался испортить отдых. Меньше чем за сутки , на пути в аэропорт, нам сообщили о не открытие отеля 1 мая и соответсвенно нашем не заселении туда . Мы ехали с детьми , отменять долгожданный отпуск было катастрофой , судорожно нам начали скидывать отвратительные варианты , не соответствующие нашим критериям , мы находясь на рулем и в дороге в аэропорт повторяю , начали искать свои варианты , на что нам не планировали не как идти навстречу и нам пришлось доплатить еще 250 тыс , чтобы отдыхать в комфорте как мы и хотели . Далее на отзыв ниже моего мужа , отписалась некая Светлана , которое любезно вышло на связь и мы находясь в турции , кстати в потрясающем отеле риксос премиум текирова . Мы решили съездили в мовенпик и пообщаться на месте . Светлана встретила нас , нехотя показала территорию , не как отель с тами не отрегулировал вопрос , не предложил хотя бы скидку на следующее посещение - ничего. Так вот люди ) у меня есть видео , я лично видела что там происходит , там нереальная стройка , грязь , разруха еще , 5 июня они не откроются это я вам зуб даю , даже если 1000 человек рабочих туда загнать и днем и ночью . Номера в основном корпусе более менее готовы , территория неухоженна пока , выглядит все очень удручающе . Я рада , что мы экстренно приняли решение не портить отпуск и выбрать другой отель . За эту разницу в сумме написали притензию, отправили , если не будет не реакций не от кого , дальше в суд . А еще лучше предлагаю группироваться и коллективно .

Должны были отдыхать в мае 2024 года. Отель после реновации обещал быть замечательным. При переписке с представителем отеля сказали что открываются 1го мая. В связи с полученной информацией, выбрали и оплатили этот отель. Позже выяснилось что открытие перенесли на 19 мая, а выяснилось это 30 апреля, за день до открытия. Позже сообщили что отель откроется 5.06.24. Так что считаю что отель поступил не порядочно и не клиентоориентированно. Не удивлюсь если и с 5.06.24 открытие перенесут на более позднюю дату Из плюсов могу выделить красивую картинку в инстаграмме, которую, увы и ах, не удалось увидеть в живую.

The hotel postponed the opening twice. No information, nothing. My family with 6 year old boy are left without vacation, and he was waiting for it so much. I don’t know how to explain to him that some people aren’t able to keep his words. I send an email to Southsideh, operating company of Movenpick Tekirova and had an answer like - “we have informed all our partners about postponing of opening, no help from our side”. Our travel agency is still trying to find a replacement for us, but no hope, because now prices are much higher than it was 2 months ago, when we made a reservation. Thank you Movenpick for our vacation and I hope that nobody will book here!!!

Classic of the genre, our tickets were bought also on 27 April, but for our family they moved the tickets from 9 May to 19 May 🤣🤣🤣 the reason is that they don't get the right amount of visitors..??. a very unfortunate holiday for a family of 11 !!!!! , we had an incredible experience in Egypt with Movenpick, it was a disappoin**ent to see Turkey's attempt to be so inefficient and incompetent in all matters, and also in the communication, when it lies to you about being okay up until the last moment... Definitely not recommended. Customer service is the core of this business, unfortunately Movenpick Tekirova has practically none.

Огромная территория, утопающая в тропических деревьях, кустарниках с плодами и цветами. Спортивные тренажеры возле моря на открытой, под тентом территории. Мороженое на пляже очень вкусное, по нескольку штук съедали, очередь за ним, не менее 10 человек всегда: это говорит только о его качестве. Гезляме нам не очень понравилось, поэтому попробовали один раз: возможно дело вкуса, другие ели. Гостей много, разместиться есть где, в т.ч. любителям алкоголя: свои бары, где можно курить, выпить, отдохнуть в своей среде. Кальяны бесплатные. Нас это конечно не интересовало. Время проводили на чистейшем, теплом ласковом море, СПА: бесплатные хамам, сауна, парная, бассейн. Отличная весёлая анимация. Ресторан богат разнообразием вкусной еды, красивым оформлением, быстротой обслуживания официантами. Расположение номеров в главном корпусе и двухэтажных коттеджах, который мы и выбрали из-за того, чтобы жить в настоящем лесу с ароматными, особенно по утрам, цветами, с пением птиц. Нисколько не пожалели. Прогулка по зеленой территории в ресторан, это как по райскому саду, останавливались, дышали наполненном благоуханием воздухом. Пешком ходили на еженедельный выездной базар в Текирова. Отдых незабываемый, оставил приятные впечатления. Огромное спасибо руководству и всему персоналу Отеля Эйфория Текирова!

Balayı için burayı tercih ettik. Başta misafir ilişkilerinden Olya Hanım olmak üzere herkese teşekkürler. Ultra herşey dahil otel olarak hizmet veriliyor. Odalar konum havuz plaj yiyecek içecek vs aklınıza gelebilecek herşeyde çok iyiler. Pişman olmadık. İyi ki gelmişiz buraya :)
