The hotel is located in an excellent location, travel time from the airport to the hotel is 1 hour 20 minutes. The territory of the hotel on 10. The beach for Kemer is 9. The length is 700 meters, maybe more. Rooms for any budget with excellent views, but already in need of renovation. The food is very varied, for every taste. Also with bars. The service, the staff is very weak, in all departments, from the reception to the cleaning of the room, the restaurant is even worse. Rating 7, just because the staff was recruited late, everything was fine last year, I think next year everything will be fine. The hotel is loaded by 80 percent, they say a hundred. I liked the hotel, I recommend it. Rated 9 out of 10.

My family and I are Americans and chose Antalya for our summer vacation. I was very nervous because I know how customer service over seas is compared to the U.S. but I must say the service that was provided was excellent. They welcomed us from the beginning and checked on us through our stay. It was my husbands bday and they went the extra mile to get him a cake and a bottle of wine. Everything was very clean . Staff was very nice . The food was good , sweets were even better. Drinks were delicious. Breathe taking views. And the all inclusive was great. I do wish they had tip jars around in case people want to leave tip. The entertainment was amazing . Over all we had an amazing time and will be coming back very soon. Thank you nirvana for the great experience !
