Simply wow! Had such an amazing time we stayed there twice on the last trip. You are truly treated like family (can't say enough about Elizabeth, Alex, Gustavo, Gilad, Vincent and everybody at the hotel). True hosts in every sense of the world. Caring, knowledgeable, proactive, and more! And all in a hotel rich in history in the perfect location on the corner of Jaffa and Tel Aviv. Food was amazing (breakfast buffet, lunch by the pool, etc.) and our room with view was crazy good. Highly recommend for the team and the property. Been recommending it ever since to friends and family. Thanks for the incredible stays. We will be back soon.

A great hotel located in bustling Jaffa - the hotel is somewhere between a city hotel and a resort. The attention to detail seems to be a lot better than in most other Israeli hotels, with everything well kept. The service is excellent and our room was nice and large. We were given a free bottle of wine which was a bonus. The pool is a bit small

first of all, the building in an amazing architecture build in an old Jaffa prison and: the welcome at the front desk through restaurant spa spa swimming pool all superb room was very big lots of lights clean and the bed - very comfortable food is excellent and so do the service all over -- it was a big Suprise for me to get such quality in Tel Aviv , the only bad thing that i have experienced is that they let people smoke in the pool area (it is not a big one) even though there are signs all over that smoking is not allowed.

Le Setai est à mes yeux aujourd’hui le seul véritable hotel de luxe à Tel Aviv. Le produit, son histoire, ses vieilles pierres…tout est propice à la déconnexion des que vous passez le seuil de l’hotel. La piscine et les chambres avec vue sur mer vous offrent une vue a couper le souffle. Mais tout cela ne serait rien sans le professionnalisme d’Alex Arfi, son Directeur, qui prend grand soin de ses clients et fait tout pour que leur séjour soit parfait. Nous avions l’habitude de séjourner au Royal Beach qui est un hôtel un peu « usine » où le service est quasi-inexistant. Le Setai offre une expérience de exclusive et à l’opposé ! Nous n’irons plus que là-bas. A noter : vous êtes dispos au coeur de Yaffo qui regorge de supers restos et de boutiques pleines de charme. Le vrai Tel Aviv !

The spa is amazing! They have wonderful pregnancy treatments with a specialized masseuse 😍 (ask for Galina). Great entertainment for couples, super romantic, nice pool and very nice view, specious rooms and comfortable beds. Highly recommended

We have just finish the familly holiday we came at friday we asve been all awerfamilly the service was great we enjoy it very much we think that the best hotel in tel aviv the food was very very good we enjoy also the rooms, we want to come soon another time the view from the hotel is very nice we can see thehotels in all the area we also like the old bulding its very speicel its also by the sea best hotel in tel aviv

Hôtel fantastique, service très professionnel et friendly , une mention particulière pour Gustavo, Ziad et Alexandre, qui rendent le séjour dés plus agréables, rien ne manque, aucune fausse note, on se sent tout de suite bien, ils sont toujours disponibles et efficaces !
