Good travel experience! Impressive sea view, delicious breakfast

Room is clean and big and can see the sea. It was located near down town.

We were a couple with a two-year-old girl. There is no parking at the hotel, and even when there is, it costs NIS 200 per night. There was a long line at the reception. The requests we made were not answered. Bad pool, dirty and noisy. low level. Guests brought a huge speaker from home and listened to loud music. The food in the pool is poor and bad. No towels most of the time. Dirty windows in the hotel. Slow elevators that don't arrive. The phone in the room does not work, there is no way to communicate with the reception. Breakfast food ok, not fresh on Saturday. Good things: location, overall was a good experience, staff members want to help.

So bad experience

We got upgraded into one of their more recently renovated rooms, on 9th floor, facing south, what a view ! It had an opening sofa, perfect for our 5 y/o. You cannot complain about the venue location, 1 side on the beach (a lift takes you down straight to beach and beach side promenade, the famous one in TLV), street side you are on Hayarkon and can walk to Ben Gurion St via a protected side walk. Perfect location. The reception desk is tiny, not many are manning it, but they tried their best when we checked in. The security is as well managing the parking service (25$ a day,worth every penny). The rooms have all a small balcony with 1 chair and a table, the room itself was around 30 sqm, very pleasant, we stayed 5 nights and felt at ease inside, enough storage for our 3 large luggage. On the -1 floor, right above the beach, you will find the large pool with an opening roof, a good size renovated gym, and a new spa. Half a floor down they have a lounge, no kids allowed (strange in Israel, and 1st time my kid isn't allowed in a lounge), good food and basic alcoolic drinks, with a long balcony right on the beach front, you can enjoy seeing the Tlv lifestyle. Only con, their lounge security is light, and when my wife ran into a very rude man, who cursed her for not letting her in, unfortunately there was no hotel staffer until long after, we nonetheless formally complained about their guest behaviour, as it almost ended up into a physical assault on my wife. Anyway, can't blame the hotel for others guest behaviour, but for not being of assistance when it happened. Cleanliness in the room was an issue, we had a hard time getting this dome properly, it was obvious they weren't hovering the floor, so after 2 calls irs only by going to reception that they sent someone to properly clean the floor from crumble The breakfast is pretty good, lacking fruits though, which is a bad surprise in thr land of fruits, milk and honey. Our bedroom had a nice Illy espresso machine and a fridge we could use for ourself. The staff is v.friendly, and this was our 5th stay so far, so I believe we ll come back, I just hope they up thei game on properly cleaning the rooms, this problem is dragging for years. Thank you Mr Jacome and Ms Geidman for making our stay memorable, I hope we get the same service for our next visit !

The AC barely worked and the pool was awful. I was supposed to get an SMS when my room was ready and never received it.

I’ve visited Tel Aviv a lot, so know what to expect, on this occasion we were a large family group, so we had booked four rooms in total, although a couple of the rooms experienced AC issues, these were sorted and rooms cool enough. Excellent breakfast, staff a little too eager to remove full glasses of juice, or half full plates, and sometimes difficult to get a cup of coffee when busy at weekends, but generally a good comfortable hotel, in ideal location and helpful staff. Would stay again.

This hotel may once have been a 5 star but not anymore apart from location. The bathroom was dirty when we checked in. The floor was filthy my feet were black walking to the bathroom and back. The chairs in restaurant are peeling leather and stuffing escaping from cushion. People appear in pajama for breakfast and pile food in tin foil taking it away. The lifts are dark and scratched and the door to the beach is dangerous and a fire hazard as they locked the emergency exit and only works two floors above. The hallway near the room had an old mattress and broken chair left for three days, wires hanging out of a socket and they repairs electrics at midnight causing all the lights to switch on and wake us up. The staff are not knowledgeable but friendly and the assistant manager rude when I told her someone was vaping inthe restaurant, she hides in the office so wouldn’t know what us going on in the hotel. They demanded a £200 hold with my credit card despite having paid in full and refused to release until checkout. The food at breakfast was not great only fruit available was melon or chopped fruit salad not even a banana. The bread was good day one but by day 3 the bagels and cholla had gone not replaced. There was a chef cooking eggs which was fine. The pool area was dirty where people had smoked and the cleaner turned up late afternoon to remove the ash. Disappointed

Congratulations and well done for going over board to make my stay the best ever experience since I have been staying in hotels over 40 years anywhere in the world.
