Hôtel fantastique, service très professionnel et friendly , une mention particulière pour Gustavo, Ziad et Alexandre, qui rendent le séjour dés plus agréables, rien ne manque, aucune fausse note, on se sent tout de suite bien, ils sont toujours disponibles et efficaces ! Chaque passage dans cette hôtel est une fête !

Can't beat the location and views. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a great room with a view. Everyone spoke english well and we had no issues while there. The only minor complaint is around parking. The parking garage space is extremely limited. There is no guarantee you will get a spot. If you do, it's a bit of a pain with very small spots. If you don't get a spot in the garage, you're stuck trying to find a spot in a very congested and busy part of town. With that being said, the hotel was very accommodating and did everything they could to ensure we had parking, even having an employee leave their shift early so we could take their spot.

We are looking for this property since it is facing the sea, as well as the gym; upon arrival it is difficult to find the parking lot since if you have a car you have to leave your suitcases in the lobby and from there move until you find the place; there is no signage that says hotel parking; there is no valet parking; confusing, at check-in there was no possibility of room upgrade; We went to the hotel bar in the area overlooking the sea for a beautiful sunset; good brunch in the restaurant. The room with the necessary; regarding the bathroom, it had a water outlet in the shower, we flooded each time we bathed, we had dinner in the restaurant on the first floor, the place was very nice and the food was good, the day of check-out we asked for one more hour and the only answer was IMPOSSIBLE, don't even let us see the option in order 70/30 we won't be back there are better options at this price

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé. La piscine est magnifique. Le petit déjeuner très complet. Nous avons eu la chance d’être surclassé grâce a notre statut Gold Hôtels.com. Le personnel a vraiment été à l’écoute et très agréable. Parking sous l’hôtel au tarif très raisonnable vu la situation de l’hôtel.

Beautiful property with alot of history.
Rooms were beautifully presented.
Large and sensational view.
Well located but on the Jaffa side not close to Allenby but still great loaction. Staff were fantatstic and would def stay again.
