The location is excellent, in the center of Tel Aviv, next to the Mediterranean Sea, the breakfast time is until 11 o'clock, very good, the only disadvantage is that the hotel's exterior wall is under repair, and some ruins enter the balcony

The hotel is relatively old and the shower above is broken when it rains.

They welcomed us warmly. Exceptional service staff. The room is perfectly clean and bright. The location is excellent. Above and beyond what was expected

As soon as I arrived in the rental car, the Bell Captain (Jerry) immediately welcomed me and assisted me with my luggage, and parking the car, (I am slightly handicapped, with a cane...) and guided me to the front desk, where the gentleman who checked me in and got me my room key also helped me. When I got to the room, (Jerry the Bell Captain helped me with the luggage up to the room and showed me the thermostat workings,) I was very pleased with the room and the upper floor I was on, and the balcony, along with the view. The Breakfast was excellent and my stay at the Renaissance Tel Aviv was everything I had hoped for, and was not disappointed as what I had seen on the web when I booked was exceeded by the reality of what the hotel (and the helpful staff) actually was. I will book there again, thank you.

I checked in with George. It was a pleasant stay!! Very convenient. Great location right in front of the beach. Great little restaurant on the beach to get food. Will definitely come back again. I give it a five star rating.

This hotel is quite dated and not in the condition you would expect the rates which are charged

The door to my room would not close unless you slammed it. I reported this to reception. Nothing was done. I left at 0830 and put the green light on to clean the room but at 1:30 when I wanted to rest the room still had not been cleaned. There is a piece of plastic forming a short of barrier to keep the water from the shower from getting into the rest of the bathroom. It has really gross mold growing under it and in general the shower is gross. Given the price of this hotel, this is surprising and totally unacceptable.

Overall, a decent 5-star hotel, located on the vibrant Tel Aviv beach promenade. Great sea view, nice indoor pool with jacuzzi and sauna. Very good breakfast. Paid parking is not always available. We enjoyed our 2 nights stay there for the New 2023 Year.
