: Disappointing Stay at Dan Panorama Tel Aviv I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Dan Panorama Tel Aviv from 19 April 2024 to 20 April Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards expected from such a reputed hotel. Upon our arrival on Friday, it took an excessive amount of time, approximately five hours, to provide a crib for our baby despite multiple requests (approximately six phone calls). This delay caused us significant inconvenience. Additionally, we encountered an issue with the refrigerator in our room, which was not functioning. This was particularly concerning as it compromised the effectiveness of medication stored inside for our baby. The quality of the meals provided also fell short of expectations. The dinner offered seemed more appropriate for a 1-star establishment, and the breakfast was equally disappointing. When I sought assistance from the manager on duty regarding these issues, the response was unhelpful, merely suggesting a possibility of late check-out and advising me to contact guest relations in a few days. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Dan Panorama Tel Aviv to others and would advise travelers to consider alternative accommodations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to address these issues to prevent future guests from having similar experiences. Sincerely

There was a warm welcome like previous visits in 2008-2011. This time was different. We stayed four nights as part of an international delegation. The hotel was looking after a large number of people displaced from their homes due to war. The food was very good with excellent variety. Everyone shared the same dining room. We were very pleased with the hospitality. Hope to come again sometime.

I stayed here 5 nights in May and it was little chilly in the room , so I asked the front desk if there’s any heaters since I was cold at night . The heater was in my room within half an hour . The breakfast was excellent and I had dinner here couple of nights. The location was excellent, close to restaurants and transportation. I’m glad I stayed here .

Je suis avec ma compagne Alice Moore au Dan Panorama Hotel depuis plus d'un mois. Durant cette période nous avons pu trouver des employés avec un niveau de service particulièrement élevé et ce malgré les difficultés car l'hôtel est plein d'évacués du sud et du nord à cause de la guerre. Je citerai particulièrement : Raphael Lichtenstein, le gérant de la salle à manger. Les responsables : Orchan, Gabriel, Alexander, Wasim et Kati.. Natalie qui nous recevait chaque matinée avec le sourire et Sarit. Et je terminerai avec les serveurs suivants : Christina, Avi, Roni, Hodia et Anal. Merci beaucoup pour un service exceptionnel

Came with friends...Great location. Excellent service. We were especially impressed with Chaim who is involved with guest relations because he came over to us when we arrived and remembered our stay at the hotel in the past. There was a lovely Succah for the holiday where we had our breakfast and everything was there for us. We did not miss a thing.

Un séjour très agréable .
Le personnel est de qualité, très sympathique et surtout très à l'écoute de ses clients. Un grand Merci en particulier à Élie de la réception (francophone) pour son accueil sympathique.
Le Petit dejeuner et le repas du chabat sont excellent.
Un grand Bravo au manager.
