: Disappointing Stay at Dan Panorama Tel Aviv I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at Dan Panorama Tel Aviv from 19 April 2024 to 20 April Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards expected from such a reputed hotel. Upon our arrival on Friday, it took an excessive amount of time, approximately five hours, to provide a crib for our baby despite multiple requests (approximately six phone calls). This delay caused us significant inconvenience. Additionally, we encountered an issue with the refrigerator in our room, which was not functioning. This was particularly concerning as it compromised the effectiveness of medication stored inside for our baby. The quality of the meals provided also fell short of expectations. The dinner offered seemed more appropriate for a 1-star establishment, and the breakfast was equally disappointing. When I sought assistance from the manager on duty regarding these issues, the response was unhelpful, merely suggesting a possibility of late check-out and advising me to contact guest relations in a few days. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Dan Panorama Tel Aviv to others and would advise travelers to consider alternative accommodations. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that steps are taken to address these issues to prevent future guests from having similar experiences. Sincerely
