The receptionist was competent and always quick to find solutions. Everything in our room was in good condition.
But the surroundings are noisy: airplanes, garbage collection from 4:30 in the morning, drunks singing half the night, people sleeping on the street during the day...

My staying at this location was memorable, excellent, I would recommend it to anybody, the room was clean, the staff were very helpful, If when ever I go back to Tel Aviv, for sure I will stay at this place,

is a nice place , very close to Tel Aviv Airport ,
but they advertise Laundry and when you ask them they say that they don't have one for their guests.

Total lack of customer care. It is practically impossible to contact the facility to report and discuss the problems encountered. It is important to try to satisfy customer requests, especially in particular periods without trying to 'extract' every last cent.

Booked to stay near train station to airport, which was a quick walk. Area didn't feel overly safe, but lots of people outside. Bed was not comfortable and I was itching all night so I didn't sleep well. Also, you had to turn on shower heater 30 minutes early, which with an early start made it earlier. Even given this and it being 5am, the water still wasn't warm. Only there briefly, so didn't use appliances, which looked older. There was a store nearby. Was not a cheap hotel, so definitely expected better. Only plus really was closeness to train station. Wouldn't stay at again.

Dirty, dirty and very dirty. The room they gave us was correct, but the windows were dirty with mud, hair on the pillows and in the drawers, remains of nasal residue stuck to the wall, the sink was unusable, the shower was full of dirt and the window ledge was dirty. stains from glasses, the blue sofa torn and full of dust, walls and refrigerator with stains from food remains, dirty cabinets and kitchenette doors, ...in short, we did the checking and made a complaint to the hotel itself and to Booking and the same day we left. One detail: the street full of people getting punctured and lying on the ground.
