A very enjoyable stay, thanks to the wonderful service delivered by every member of staff. From the front reception desk to the cleaners to the breakfast staff, everyone was exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make guests feel special.
The hotel itself is situated on HaYarkon Street, just behind the Hilton hotel and only a block in one direction from the beach and a couple of blocks in the other direction from Dizengoff St. The bedrooms are on the small side and decor is a little dated, but generally in good condition and very clean. In any case, with so much to do in Tel Aviv, very few people come to stay in their bedroom. Breakfast is served in the entrance lobby lounge area and is excellent, even by the high standards set in Israel. Not only is there a wide selection of foods on offer, but the quality is very high and generally very healthy too (chocolate babka aside, but exceptions can always be made for that!).
Overall, it was a great experience - the reviews are true - and I will definitely return on future visits to Tel Aviv.

The hotel is not “modern” and grandiose. But this was nice. Nicely appointed. My wife who has great taste loved it. The Superior room has space and a larger than queen bed, very comfortable.

The hotel has a lovely, calm decor with a comfortable and well-appointed room and bathroom. The breakfast buffet was stunning! The front-desk and wait staff pleasant and helpful. The location is conveniently near the beach. I'd recommend this hotel and enjoy lodging there again.

Booked the SPA room, which is the most expensive one, but it was so noisy all night and morning that we didn't sleep at all. The road was so loud and there was no proper isolation. In addition we couldn't put the ac on since the entire hotel was set to warm so you can't set it to cold in your room, even when it was 24 degrees outside. Never saw something like that in my life. I do not recommend this place

Very friendly staff with family vibe. A great experience during a difficult time. Many guests are displaced and needing shelter from the war. Everyone is supporting each other.

The hotel inviting you with a good vibes, located just on the street of the north part of Tel Aviv, on one of the main streets along with some Embassy's and Consulate's (UK, Swiss et al.) Good filling to sit on the street terrace and to drink coffee in the morning, watching people hurrying up to the works. Main hall not big, but cute and comfortable, turning into big dining room at meal time. Breakfast was fresh, tasty with huge selection of food! Prices also fair. Total cleanliness are excellent.
