We had a great stay at brown hotel, front desk staff was very helpful and charming, specially Sergei and another lady I forgot her name, thank you brown would love to be your guest again in the future..

We found this hotel on ******* and it was perfect. Nothing fancy, rooms small but clean and nice. Bathrooms are modern and the staff are lovely and super helpful. Would stay again.

Very good location.
In the room missing basic things like mini bar and a safe box.
Air-condition is very old and noisy.
Breakfast was less than we expected..not even orange juice or water..

El hotel es confortable y con gran ubicación, pero el trato del personal es insuperable, son sumamente amables, te obsequian bebidas de todo tipo y comida en el lobby durante todo el día, te piden taxi y son muy hospitalarios. Me encanto todo.

We had two rooms for our family and had a lovely stay. We arrive late after a long flight and they were very welcoming. The rooms was nice and the bathroom was very modern. The next day they helped us get a taxi to the train. The staff was so helpful. The neighborhood seemed safe and was walking distance from Carmel market. We would stay again.
