One of the worst boutique hotels I have been in Tel Aviv. The rooms are not clean, dusty and moldy. The pictures of the room cannot explain how bad the room setup design. Ww couldn't sleep all night due to a lot of noise from the street and also from the inner hotel water system, elevator and rooms isolation. It really does not feel like an hotel, feel like an hostel or apar**ent building. In the same price or less you can find hotel 100 times better!!

Great location. Clean. Quiet. Nice size of room with comfortable Queen bed. Good disability features in bathroom. Has refrigerator in room along with plates cutlery and hot plate. Microwave would be handier but is available in communal kitchen. No bowls or knife for cutting but large cutting board. Nice coffee machine in lobby that is free. No Parking nearby. Do not bring a car. Convenient to coffee shops, restaurants, bus service. There is no full time front desk as they serve two hotels

Tout était bien sauf l’air conditionné.
Super accueil, très bon service. Le problème c est qu il faudrait nettoyer le climatiseur. Des qu’on l’enclenche. Il en sort énormément de poussière. Il faut penser aussi à passer l’aspirateur dans les parties communes et la chambre. Pas facile pour une personne allergique à la poussière comme moi. Autrement, l’hotel est très sympa. Bien situé.

Lit n’est pas du tout confortable. J’ai quitté l’hôtel avec le dos bloqué.
La climatisation ne fonctionne pas correctement et s’arrête plusieurs fois.
Il y avait un problème dans la douche. J’ai demandé de changer de chambre. Ils ont mis deux heures pour me donner une autre chambre.
Pas de service pour petit déjeuner
