Stayed here with my wife 26 nights in Mar/Apr. From breakfast to Shabbat dinner I would recommend for couples. or families. Experience the 15th floor rooftop pool/hot tub. Right on the tayelet instead of having to cross Herbert Samuel to the beach. All in all friendliest staff, both in reception and parking attendants

This is our third time staying at this hotel. I love the breakfast, hotel rooms and service. Staying on the Mediterranean is wonderful and centrally located to most activities. Definitely a 5 star hotel. Also relaxing at their pool is wonderful found on the top of their hotel. The spa gave wonderful services.

Beautiful boutique hotel situated on the Sea. Great breakfast overlooking the sea and marina. Rooms were spacious with a balcony. Staff courteous and helpful Most enjoyable 3 day stay. The only negative was the pillows. They were too hard .

When reviewing an hotel it is all too easy to highlight the issues that cropped up during one's stay. Stuff happens, but that should not be the scale by which one measures the establishment. In my opinion the true measure of a hotel are the management and staff and how quickly they react to put right the issue(s) I have been a long time customer of The Carlton and upon my recent arrival there was an issue with a senior member staff of a company who operated a concession within the hotel. I must compliment the Carlton reception team that evening, not only for listening, but for how quickly they handled the matter and the steps they took to put matters right. Special thanks to Gila and Yossi. Great job everyone, thank you. I remain a loyal customer and am very much looking forward to my next stay.

Best service in Israel! Located I. The most attractive part of the beach. Only few minutes walk from the bar and restaurant street. Comfortable renovated rooms Hot tube witha breathtaking viewto the city. Good grillrestaurant. Best vacation you can dream about

I recently stayed 2 nights at Carlton Tel Aviv visiting from Australia. My thoughts were that the customer service was friendly and helpful, the room and hotel property/amenities overall was very well presented and clean. I would recommend trying the buffet breakfast by the beach if you happen to stay there. Overall great location, I had hired a car and was a bit unsure about parking though I had read that there was parking 350ft away. However to my convenience there was/is paid underground parking where the hotel is located and a lift that took me straight to the reception. Had a wonderful stay and I personally think a great hotel to stay in Tel Aviv.

Best experience for me and my wife We came for 1 night and we enjoyed so much The staff was very helpful We got some fruits plate for share And a bottel of wine Room was very big and clean And the breakfast was very good Hopefully we will come back again
