When reviewing an hotel it is all too easy to highlight the issues that cropped up during one's stay. Stuff happens, but that should not be the scale by which one measures the establishment. In my opinion the true measure of a hotel are the management and staff and how quickly they react to put right the issue(s) I have been a long time customer of The Carlton and upon my recent arrival there was an issue with a senior member staff of a company who operated a concession within the hotel. I must compliment the Carlton reception team that evening, not only for listening, but for how quickly they handled the matter and the steps they took to put matters right. Special thanks to Gila and Yossi. Great job everyone, thank you. I remain a loyal customer and am very much looking forward to my next stay.
