Overall a very nice place to stay. The staff is awesome and helpful in every way. The restaurant was ok and the mocha was the best!

Overall, this is a very good place to stay. The young man that checked us in, was truly a godsend! The rest of the staff was OK. The room was also very clean and comfortable. 

Location is excellent, breakfast very delicious, service at the reception depends on the person, most of them were very friendly and helpful, 2 of them were a bit grumpy and it felt we disturbed them. 😉 then they have this funny Sparkling wine free-flow hours, we rented a car for our trip through Israel, Great enterprise car rental is next door. Would I recommend this hotel: definitely yes

There was no food in the restaurant, although breakfast was paid for. I don’t want to visit this hotel anymore and I won’t recommend it to others.

I had a great family vacation in Brown Brut TLV! Good vibes, good service, 1 min from the beach, great sea view from the jacuzzi sundeck, happy and beautiful Tel Aviv people, near a lot of good restaurants and other nice spots in Tel Aviv, and 5 min from old Jaffa. close to the train.

READ BEFORE YOUR STAY!! I stayed in this hotel with my friend for 3 days in Tel Aviv. We though that it will be calm stay near sea.. Wasn't exactly true. First of all, hotel staff were very nice, they let us change our room bcs the first one was really weird and we had window behind the bed and the room was really small like a shoe box with bathroom where door were damaged by water. So we changed our room to room with a sea view and that was our biggest mistake we ever did. It was literally impossible to sleep in that room. The noises from street was extremely loud and windows were like paper ones.. it was impossible to fully close them and there was always some small space between window and frame. I had earplugs with me and they didn't helped nothing. Also, first night at 3 am some people were chatting also extremely loud with music on exactly under our window and we felt helpless :( The building where is hotel located is a more than 20 stories massive brutalism structure and hotel is in only 3 floor aproximatelly. On the 4th floor there is a big teracce with hot tubs and sun bed. But the hot tubs are more like just normal tubs where u can pour water whatewer temperature u want. The view was very nice bcs we were able to see old jaffa city and the Charles Clore Park in front. The breakfast was really nice, there was actually so much food to choose.. But what i missed was some sweet pastry or pancakes.. There was lots of fishes and such a salty things. Also, there was this toilet smell in the breakfast room. In the end, i'm not saying that the hotel is bad. But if you want to sleep during your stay in Israel, don't go here.

I booked a special room with wheelchair. went with my mum. Was very disappointed that They didn't let me know that's in hard to get into the hotel with the wheelchair. To get into the room there were 2 steps that we hard to go through with it, The room didn't have a nice view. Unfortunately you cant go up to VIEW the sea as the only way to go up to the seafront its to clime plenty of stairs. There were at least 7 stairs to go down to breakfast so we had to go through the back door through the kitchen . The ban in the breakfast and the pastry were not fresh! Really not for people who come with wheelchair . I would not booked it if the reception on the phone with Brown hotel would not tell me its suitable for disable .

I couldn’t ask for more. Good value for money if you book from the hotels own website - Staff was incredibly friendly, especially the two night guys. Late check in was no problem, and I was welcomed with a glass of Prosecco. I booked the Urban Room, and upon arrival a complementary bottle of water was waiting. A fridge in the room to easily store food and drink. The sun deck on the 3. Floor is also really cool, and it was always possible to get a sun bed. Air conditioning in the room was working and easy to adjust. The biggest surprise here was the cleaning. The room was incredibly clean, and I did not find a dirty spot anywhere in the room. Even tho I never hang the sign on the door, the room was cleaned everyday, and towels replaced. The only negative thing I can’t think of, is that the curtains could be hanged a little higher, to block more sun light. But that is a small thing, and I have already booked another stay at this hotel

What a waste of a facility with such potential! The location was great and Juan checked me in with a wonderful welcome. But that where the stay went downhill. First night woken by the emergency lighting in the ceiling starting to flash. No maintenance to help fix it. Next morning wanted to use the sun deck, opens at midday(???). What about the business lounge that I had access to? Also opens at midday . Hot water at night? No chance. Telephone from the room to reception? Didn’t seem to work. Shame really, could have been great. Back to MAXIM next time where it all works perfectly

Great hotel, even though we had only one night! Excellent location! Many amenities in the room for your comfort. The hotel is close to the promenade and to lovely beaches. There are restaurants and coffee places just nearby. I think overall is an excellent choice.

The staff are rude ignorant and would much rather play on their phone when asked for coffee in reception where there is a nespresso machine the answer was I don’t care the hotel is not finished the tv sometimes works there is no bar no restaurant I would not recommend
