Ci siamo ritrovate in stanza uno scarafaggio e quando lo abbiamo comunicato in reception ci è stato risposto che non era loro compito e che non potevano farci niente. Ci hanno fatto attendere un’ora per parlare con la persona di riferimento, che non si è mai presentata.
Il problema non era lo scarafaggio in sè, ci mancherebbe, può succedere; ma il modo in cui è stat gestita la faccenda. Se lavori in un hotel non è forse tuo compito prenderti cura dei tuoi ospiti?

My family loved being at Selina. Ellie made my 48th birthday very special and welcomed us with a big friendly smile. Amit made an incredible breakfast every day. Would stay again for sure.

Not the first staying, It's the best hotel for us in TLV. Perfect location with walking to all the city attractions, beaches and night life, simple and clean with great value for the price. Very friendly and helpful stuff and cosy coffee/bar inside.

Een lawaaierige kamer met veel gebreken. Schimmelplekken, geschilderd door een 6 jarige. De eerste kamer geen warm water, de 2de kamer slecht internet en de foto's zeggen alles. En dat voor €130,- per nacht!!!! Wilde na 1 nacht vertrekken maar een refund werd geweigerd. Dus €260,- weggegooid. Manager Hilla wilde mij niet te woord staan.
