Exzellenter Service, sehr gute Verpflegung, die Therme Meran und Wellnessbereich im Hotel sind super. Top Mitarbeiter auch im Beautybereich. Etwas zu spät sind die Zeiten zum Abendessen für kleinere Kinder, eine halbe oder eine Stunde eher wäre besser.

Posizione 10 e lode Pulizia 10 Servizi 9 Comfort stanza 10 Silenziosità stanza 10 Cucina 9 Gentilezza personale 10 Adatto ai bambini 7 La posizione è fantastica, arrivi in centro e puoi mettere la macchina nel parcheggio sotterraneo. Un tunnel collega alle terme di Merano, comode soprattutto in estate con la parte esterna aperta e interessanti per gli orari serali, anche se risulta faticoso conciliare gli orari della cena in mezza pensione che rimangono piuttosto rigidi. Purtroppo non è presente alcun servizio per i bambini, ma questo può essere compensato dalle numerose piscine usufruibili tra hotel e terme collegate.

Seit vielen Jahren besuchen wir Meran regelmässig, bislang aber noch nie mit Nächtigung mitten in der Stadt. Die Lage ist wirklich ideal .. mitten im Geschehen, alles ist von hier aus möglich: Shoppen, Spazieren, Unterhaltung, Joggen .. nur wenige Schritte zum Sessellift nach Dorf Tirol. Das Hotel ist modern, die Bar gemütlich, das Frühstücksbuffet sehr gut, ebenso wie das Angebot für Pensionsgäste am Abend (diverse Menüvarianten, nebst Buffet). Auch Wellness Gäste kommen auf ihre Kosten (mehrere Möglichkeiten, Zugang zur Therme, aber auch Panoramapool und -ruheraum). Empfehlenswert auch die neuen Suiten mit 2 Badezimmern und Blick auf Meran - und alle/alles sehr hundefreundlich.

I nostri figli ci hanno regalato una giornata mezza pensione all 'Hotel Terme di Merano per i nostri 50 anni di matrimonio. Una bellissima sorpresa essendo abituati alle terme di Bad Saulgau in Germania. Tutto perfetto ,pulizia e gentilezza al top come tutti i servizi. Ci torneremo !!!!

Le camere sono spaziose e molto accoglienti. Le saune e le sale relax sono accoglienti e confortevoli. Il personale (tutto da quello della reception al personale in sala ristorante e al personale addetto alle pulizie ) è professionale e disponibile per ogni richiesta. La suddivisione degli spazi per adulti e bambini nelle 2 aree (Sky spa e Garden Spa) è molto apprezzabile per consentire ai clienti, che lo desiderano, un maggior relax. Il menù della cena è molto ricco e di buon livello, anche se alcuni piatti non sempre sono di ottimo livello. La colazione è superlativa. Aspetti rivisitabili, a mio avviso, sono: cambi giornalieri della biancheria da bagno anche quando gli asciugamani possono essere riutilizzati. Per rispetto dell’ambiente, non lo trovo corretto. Del resto è anche chiaramente indicata nel bagno la modalità per segnalare se gli asciugamani non sono riutilizzabili. Quindi, non si capisce perché invece vengono ritirati tutti i giorni e sostituiti. Altra cosa: nelle camere manca una macchinetta per il caffè e un boiler. Per un hotel di elevata categoria sarebbe buona cosa offrire ai propri clienti anche questa possibilità.

Das Hotel hat alles, was wir uns wünschten. Einen sehr schönen Spabereich mit einem tollen Blick auf die Stadt und die umher liegenden Berge, während man in der Sauna sitzt und einen Outdoor Pool mit der Möglichkeit, direkt an den Poolrand zu schwimmen. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht, und das Essen war sehr gut, das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Wir hatten uns eine Massage gegönnt, wir genossen die Masagen durch Birgit und Marta sehr.
Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht und waren überrascht, wie großzügig und komfortabel wir wohnten. Wir wohnten im dritten Stock und es war total ruhig während der Nacht.
Wir werden auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr in dieses Hotel zurückkehren, um dieses schöne Erlebnis zu wiederholen.
