Aquapetra Resort & Spa

The structure is very beautiful, I think one of a kind. An ancient 19th century village transformed into a resort that retains all its charm. The service was almost impeccable, they met our every need. Unfortunately the spa is not up to the standard of the resort, it doesn't offer much except two swimming pools, a sauna and an emotional shower. The restaurant is quite expensive, if we also consider that a 750 CL bottle of water costs €6. Too bad for the mistake made on the account in the end which made us waste a lot of time and created inconvenience. Romantico e glam anche se piove… La spa è fantastica Lo staff gentile premuroso e attentissimo ! Abbiamo apprezzato entrambi i ristoranti , il mio preferito e il bistrot Il parco è una favola …. Ci tornerò perché Aqua Petra ha una a**osfera magica

Appena parcheggiata l'auto, avviatoti nel viale di ingresso, capisci che stai entrando in una struttura da favola. Semra di essere in un borgo toscano, dove tutto è bello, tutto è al posto giusto. Non c'è possibilità di vritica.- Il personale è stupendamente gentile e professionale mai stucchevole, la giusta presenza per sentirsi coccolati. La spa è meravigliosa, un giro al borgo, soprattutto a sera quando l'illuminazione crea l'ambient perfetto ritempra, rigenera, rilassa. Le stanze altrettanto curate. Il brunch curato nei minimi dettagli come la colazione la mattina. Niente da dire è veramente molto bello. Ovviamente è lussuoso e in quanto tale i costi sono in linea con i servizi offerti. Ci ritornerò certamente

Struttura molto bella, ricavata attraverso la ristrutturazione di un antico borgo collinare. Personale estremamente gentile accogliente e preparato, che però non colma qualche piccola lacuna della struttura. Camera deluxe abbastanza grande pulita ed accogliente. Spa, sottodimensionata rispetto ai turni previsti con una sauna non funzionante e qualche difficoltà nell'azionamento dei comandi delle vasche. Giardini e passeggiate nei dintorni della struttura molto ben tenenuti, tra l'altro l'area su cui ricade la struttura incrocia diversi sentieri per gli amanti del trekking tra cui anche un sentiero CAI. Ristorante dedicato agli ospiti che alloggiano presso la struttura molto buono (quello stellato ottimo, provato in altra occasione), prodotti eccellenti legati al territorio, servizio rapido e mai invasivo, sommelier competente ed attento alle richieste. Colazione che a primo approccio può sembrare "banale" e poco varia, in realtà è composta da prodotti artigianali di primissima qualità; non è scontato trovare una ottima chiffon cake fresca a colazione. Forse alcuni extra con prezzi troppo alti rispetto al pacchetto prenotato, come ad esempio il leggero pranzo al nostro arrivo: un club sandwich, una caprese di mozzarella due calici di bianco locale (ottimo) un'acqua e due caffè circa 110 euro. Il nostro pacchetto prevedeva un "welcome drink" all'arrivo che pero' non mai stato servito. In sintesi circa 800 euro per una notte (bella la struttura) con accesso SPA (da gestire meglio circa i turni), un pranzo frugale una ottima cena (cucina eccellente) e colazione, forse è un tantino esagerato anche per una struttura con giuste mire di pretenziosita'.

Ho collaborato come agenzia di viaggi con questa struttura e il risultato è stato pessimo !! Il loro collaboratore con professionalità 0 , mi ha risposto “comprala dal sito “ , l organizzazione 0 , e il trattamento cliente 0 Non là consiglio affatto !!

An oasis of peace that transmits a lot of relaxation thanks to the nature that surrounds the structure. The starred restaurant fully meets expectations and makes your stay magnificent. Excellent breakfast even if from a resort you expect something more included. The spa did not fully meet our expectations, it could be improved! Classic Room online. An element that cannot be managed by the structure, but not pleasant especially in winter, the need to go outside to reach every room.

Charming village, very nice bars and restaurants, excellent food, professional service both in the restaurant and at the reception. The Spa is beautiful, but slightly neglected, with the rust that can be found almost everywhere, it is clear that the structure is a few years old. The room we had booked was absolutely not up to the task. The dimensions were really small, the furniture was of low quality, the balcony railing was completely rusted. The bathroom was small, uncomfortable, without any support base. The hairdryer was old and in disrepair. and noisy to say the least.
