Had my daughters baby shower here and attended a wedding week later both visits were pleasant and all staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble

The food is terrible and very expensive for drinks no organisation and the rooms we were in are not very clean and they don’t take in to account people who don’t drink they also gave out wrong meals and we were told that’s what we have do tough not very professional

Visited with my mum and sister on a Wednesday afternoon for afternoon cream tea as a birthday treat. I called a week before to book and advise on dietary requirements, which they catered for really well, bringing the sandwiches on separate plates. They explained what was in all the sandwiches and what each cake was. We had sandwiches, scones and two different cakes, plus all the tea and coffee we wanted (decaf tea too). Helpful friendly staff. We were seated in a lovely bright room, with only four tables in there. We felt relaxed, not rushed and were able to enjoy our time there. I have recommended to friends and would visit again.

Have just taken a short break here with two friends and can’t recommend the hotel highly enough. Guests are really cared for in every sense. Nothing is too much trouble. We’ll be back! Mary

We had our wedding here and I spent two nights one in the bridal jacuzzi room and the other in room 1 with the four poster bed. Every about the hotel was fantastic I definitely felt welcome and more. Our wedding was super magical and had all the help from staff they couldn’t help enough for us and our guests. I super loved the whole experience and super happy I picked this venue . Big big thank you too Amanda and Tara they are both so lovely, helpful and amazing ( missing you both ) Would definitely do it all over again ( maybe when we renew our vows lol ) x

Great location, friendly helpful staff. Comfortable beds & clean rooms. Convenient restaurant onsite with good menu choice. Safe parking near your room. Lovely gardens used for weddings. Could be busy with weddings on weekends so check first. I stayed on a week night & it was lovely & quiet. Nice walk trails nearby.

A lovely hotel with amazing staff, hotel room was clean and allowed us to have an early check in for a bit extra money which made the stay much nicer. A very welcoming experience and would definitely return

A great stay. We stayed in the new part of the building which was very nice. Everything in the room was lovely, air conditioning, nice bathroom with bath, comfy bed and everything we needed. Couldn’t fault it. Breakfast was also very tasty.
