Brilliant hotel right in the town centre, easy to find just off the motorway. The swimming pool was lovely and warm with good showers and lockers. The breakfast was superb with as much as you can eat. The view from our lovely with green grass and trees. We would love to come back.

Had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly, and it made for a lovely visit after a long day at the snooker. I would definitely stay here again.

Great staff, good clean rooms and good pool, gym is small but is a bonus. Free parking and great central location to shops, business centre and train station

Booked this place for 2 nights while hosting a party. Very nice room on the 3rd floor with a good view. Amenities were decent but the room was boiling!! Extremely brilliant staff who elevate the experience. Recommended as they're a decent price.

Where to begin with this one?
Firstly i requested to cancel as i was coming down with COVID like symptoms. Ramada Telford seem to not mind that though, so that request was denied (no offer of another stay, or partial refund, nothing).
Felt better day of, and decided to travel. On check-in (nor on the website, photo attached) i wasn't told anything about the pool being out of service. Turns out it was. No offer of a full or partial refund. Nothing. Luckily, Trip have stepped in with a good will gesture.
Spoke to some people (named below) by email afterwards and basically told "nothing they can do" and "it's trip's fault" that the website didn't reflect that their pool had been out of action since DECEMBER.
Awful customer service, facilities not available. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
