The place was what I needed for my business trip (quiet). The manager is a good man, the cook prepared delicious local dishes (especially Banku Fish). The room and bathroom spacious and comfortable, The pool well maintained. I enjoyed my stay.

Pro's: -5% Discount due to length of time I stayed (22 days) -Friendly staff -Lovely food -Peaceful quiet atmosphere -Big beds -Spacious rooms -Has a swiming pool/ pool table -Very accommodating -Working aircon -Manager Helen was fantastic and tried her best to work with what she had to improve my stay Cons: -Had to move rooms on first night due to cleanliness -Rooms very dated and alot broken/ needs a face lift/ renovation -Cleaning 2/5 -Bad customer service/ slow and had to repeat myself alot -Room is not cleaned unless I ask and have to point out everything -No daily room service e.g. clean and bed change (unless I ask) -Half of what's on the menu the hotel don't have -No bedroom lamps/ to get out of bed to turn big light on and off -Bathroom light doesn't turn off -Cold showers nearly everyday/ no hot water -WiFi not great -No safe place to store valuables -Bad water pressure -Tried to over charge on food and was given old prices on menu -No plug near bed to charge phone, on other side of room -No full length mirror to see what I'm wearing -staff need customer service training -the owner never apologised for all the above -Was given NO compensation for all the above issues although I asked -I heard many other customer complain about similar issues -not enough choice for breakfast options
