The hotel facilities are very new, the rooms are spacious and bright, and the service is very good.
The location is convenient, there is a Chinese restaurant next to it, and the supporting facilities are good.

Alisa Hotel is a nice hotel to be in Ghana especially in Tema community. For Mariam and her team, the customer satisfaction is the key. The house keepers are up to their works especially Veronica and Christiana. Their service is a top notch. The Alisa restaurant is full of varieties of local and continental dishes. Their waiters and chef like Alice 1 & 2, Justin, Constant and the team are very nice people. I will visit there over and over again anytime I come to Ghana. Well done and keep it up.

The hotel seemed to be new. It was nice and clean. My lovely suite was cleaned thoroughly everyday. The food was great. The breakfast buffet was wonderful with made to order omelets, fresh fruit and plenty of local dishes. The staff were very attentive. I can't say enough about the attentiveness and helpfulness of the staff all around! There is a pharmacy and a FOREX steps away. The pool and pool bar are very nice as are the staff. I had trouble mirroring/casting (casting not supported) to the huge TV in my suite, but Henry (the IT guy) came up with a quick & easy fix😉Turns out it was an IOS thing that wouldn't allow iPhones & iPads to mirror content to the TV. Overall, it was a very good visit.

Excellent service by Thomas. The room was perfectly clean and neatly arranged. The laundry is also done so when only digital TV is lacking and management should consider having one.Breaksfast is also very nice. Overall hotel environment is also very nice

We went to the rooftop bar for drinks and dinner, service was very good and we love sitting looking over the rooftops of Tema. We ordered cocktails whilst we looked through the menu. Our waitress was very attentive and friendly. We ordered special fried rice and sweet and sour pork with coconut rice, both were delicious and nicely presented.

Nice place, with great people around! And the housekeeper's Veronica and Thomas doing their job fantastic. Great bar, nice rooms, and good aircondition too... A great place to visit
