Came here for an office event, the location is quite strategic near souvenir places and East Java Park, the service was quite bad because there were lots of room number errors. Rooms that are already occupied are then given keys to other guests. Cleanliness is pretty good

1. The room is on the second floor and it is damp and cold. It is not cozy.
2. The hotel is very far from the train station and airport. You must avoid it for more than an hour without traffic jams.
3. There is a door in the hotel room that leads to the room opposite, which makes me very uncomfortable.
4. The surrounding restaurants are very dirty. I arrived late and the hotel had no food, so I ordered takeout. The whole door was 200 yuan for a hamburger. I ordered one at random. I had diarrhea and vomited at 3 o'clock in the morning. I almost died in Malang.

New hotel in batu. Overall is nice. The only downside is parking lot. They provide shuttle to go to parking lot, which is troublesome if it's a rainy day.

Clean room comfy bed complete amenities clean bathroom nice service all staff , pool at roof top is a plus. thanks to bellboy staff ROVi , Fast check in and
Delicious brf . Its enjoyable stay. For lil advice maybe having lil playground or kids corner wil be nicer .
