Hallways not cleaned- dirty , not vacuumed,unkept….sink in the bathroom clogged when brushing teeth….could do better

I've stayed here before. Always great. This time they gave us an ADU room which was a bit inconvenient. Also the location of the room was very loud near the busy road. Only other reason not a five star is the fire siren light was making short consistent noises making it hard to fall asleep all night.

It was very noisy. I could hear everything from the next door neighbor. They were snoring so loud it woke me up.
