The worst hotel/****** experience I have received in my whole life. Checked in at 5pm and the room was dirty/untouched from the previous guest, called explaining the situation and went to dinner/concert (acoustic during the concert was terrible as well, very muddy, can barely understand any word) came back to the room and it was as I left it, dirty (11pm now). Called again and they came and told I have to wait to get a different room, after 45’ they put me in a smoking room on the lowest floor, filled with perfume to cover the nasty smell. Complained again and they refused to give a room at all, I asked to get my original room back with new sheets and towels and they said that the room was not available now, they gave it to somebody else. They called security and made me leave. MADE ME and my wife LEAVE!!!! Unreal!!! It was over midnight and I had to drive back home. They gave us 30% of what we paid saying we used the room. Out of this world. Seriously. I will never get back and I hope with all my heart they go out of business. Shame on you, I wish you the worst life can give you. Completely incompetent. Don’t go there, don’t waste your time.

Upon arriving here..I must admit it was larger than I anticipated! Many..Many slots and as I walked around noticed the section of table games! There is a large circular bar in the middle and had multiple TV’s for viewing games! I am not a big *******..so once I hit the number I am comfortable losing..that’s the only donation I am giving! Haahaa Overall, the place is huge and had let’s to do..restaurants and they have entertainment..live music and activities (wine fest), etc!

It's just an amazing resort to experience with the most respect to the owners and the land. The staff was amazing to help as the valet parking, plus it had all the charging station. Thank you very much. The only thing i point out is the late check-in at 4 pm and check out next ay at 11 am. I will visit again from Melbourne Australia

We went for a business convention. The food was good and the rooms were clean but that didn’t make up for the negatives. The pool is only open until 5pm and the security officers are extremely rude and follow you around even when not in the ******.

Checked in on Thursday 9/30/23, was assigned 11th floor, room 1156 ****** tower. Let me tell you this is the worse night. First playing slots late Thursday night and coming up to sleep and was a loud noise like something running. When I opened front door it would stop. Couldn’t get to sleep at all that night. Woke up with the worse headache ever, asking cleaning supervisor and she told us it was some AC vent (didn’t have AC on in room as it was a little cool). We checked out that day, was suppose to stay until Saturday morning, but my headache and lack of sleep couldn’t do it. The noise was unbearable.

I live in San Diego and my husband loves golfing. We went up midweek for an overnight stay for the first time to this hotel and I was very disappointed! We stayed in the ****** Tower and it was recently renovated. The room was very nice. It was the service in the hotel that turned us off. We arrived at 1 pm and although our room was ready, they actually CHARGE YOU $$$ to checkin early! It was $100 to checkin prior to 2pm and from 2-4pm, it’s $50. I have been to many, many hotels. I have encountered a “late” checkout fee before, never an early one within a couple hours of checkin! Especially at a resort where most patrons are going to spend money at their ****** or restaurants, and not go off property, I couldn’t believe it. It left such a bad taste in our mouth. We actually had planned on checking in, freshening up, and then going to gamble and have a cocktail, but after a mess at their checkin counter, we did neither. I doubt we will return.

We stayed here this past weekend for a conference I was presenting at and I'm glad we did not have to pay for it ourselves. Easily the worst value I've ever experienced it is extremely overpriced for what it offers. Room: The rooms were very average... nothing special for the $300+ /night price. Everything in the room had signs warning you about the charges you would incur if items were moved... they had snacks and drinks in the mini bar and if any of the items were moved for more than 5 seconds, there was an automatic charge. Because half of the fridge was taken up by mini-bar items that couldn't be moved, there was no room for us to keep our personal food/drink items cold. We did appreciate the many different plugs in the room for charging our devices. The bathroom was pretty, but impractical. There was no exhaust fan and the shower had very poor water pressure. We were there for two nights and housekeeping never came in, so by the end of our stay both of the very small trash cans in our room were overflowing. Food: We attempted to eat at the 1882 Cantina. We were seated quickly and were given a basket of chips to snack on... and then were left waiting about 30 minutes for someone to come take our order. Waiters and waitresses walked by our table multiple times and attended to the tables around us, but they never came to take our order. We finally got tired of waiting and walked out. We decided to go to the Mexican restaurant in the food court instead and the food was very poor. Everything was spicy... the rice, the beans, the meat... it was all very spicy. I think they were trying to disguise the poor quality of the ingredients. Fortunately, we used the resort credit we got for signing up for the Player's Card to pay for it or we probably would've asked for a refund. We didn't eat at the hotel for any other meals because it was all expensive and looked like it was poor quality considering the price point. Pool: Pechanga has a resort-style pool complex called the "Cove". You get 4 free visits with your room reservation and they also sell day-use passes. There are some family-friendly pool areas, including one with a water slide, and a 21+ pool and hot tub. They keep the area very clean and everything is well maintained. My only complaint is that the hours the pool is open are ridiculous! It has extended seasonal hours right now and is only open from 9am-5pm! I've never heard of a hotel closing their pool at 5pm!! The sun is still out for goodness' sake!! I think they want to try to force people inside to gamble and they probably want to limit the day-users to make sure it doesn't turn into a party scene. I really think they should adopt a policy that allows hotel guests to continue to use the pool complex after 5pm. We almost asked if we could take the shuttle to use the RV Resort pool/jacuzzi but decided that would probably be too much hassle. Tips: Triple check your bill upon check-out. They tried to charge us $6 for a water bottle fro

We stayed there in August for two days. We reserved a room in the ****** tower. When we arrived, we found out that there were rooms left. We had to go to the resort tower and then we ended up in 2 queen beds. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday. We will never go back. No one tried to contact us after we complained.
