First off the amount we were charged was wrong and even though we had the itinerary to show this on ******* they didn't care so we had to pay more.
We woke up the next morning to no electricity at all. We were in complete darkness, electric shades were stuck down, no elevators, nothing,obviously we could not use shower and finally after a few hours packed up in the dark and left. There was NO communication from management and no generator at all? This did not feel safe.
We called the next day for a refund and the "manager" Kayla was somewhat rude. No "we're sorry about that" - nothing but "call ******* we don't do that here" - even though they took our payment at the property? So I call back ******* again and once again because they didn't collect pmt they can't refund.So I called Kayla again (she was just as pleasant as the first time) and explained what ******* said, she then said "******* has to call and tell me to refund" - WHAT? This place could not care less about customer service or your business or your SAFETY, if this is the managers attitude then that tells you everything you need to know about this place.
As a side note when we checked in there was a big hairball on the bathroom floor and a used towel hanging on the shower bar, this was not a clean room and had it not been so late the night we arrived we would have left. Hilton has really gone downhill
