For the price, we didn't expect to have (only 2) PLASTIC glasses in the room. Also, the bath gel dispenser didn't get work. We had to call maintenance to get it fixed. Again, for the price,the golfing experience was a disappointment. The cart guy was downright surly, the gal at the snack bar clearly didn't want to be there and certainly didn't care if I placed my order or not! The Oaks course was nice but the Creek course really needed some attention. Some holes were totally lacking forward tees, some had forward tees and others had just one marker at the forward tees. It ended up being an afternoon of searching for the tee boxes, in many cases having to circle back and play from the white tees when we were unable to find the forward tees. Maybe there was some method to which holes had them and which didn't but we got absolutely no information from the cart guy. The golf course staff could really benefit from some customer service training. The one bright spot was dinner at the restaurant. Most of the entries were delicious and our server, Layla, was terrific.
