While breakfast was satisfactory, the standout features included reliable internet, picturesque views, and convenient nearby parking. Great location and very clean. My only complaint is no chairs on the balcony. The main reason you get a balcony is to sit outside.

Tempe is beautiful. The hotel is walking distance to interesting places and what we enjoyed the most is the rooftop with the fire pit and amazing views
