This hotel has a great location right next to Sun Devil stadium and within walking distance of many restaurants. The building is nice and rooms were clean. The restaurant and lobby area was also nice. We were able to charge our EV overnight. Only downside was that the staff were not particularly available or helpful.

Perfect hotel near campus and next to the ASU stadium. Very clean. Staff is very welcoming and helpful too! Onsite parking is $15/day. The rooftop pool and whirlpool with the mountain view is nice. Nice, small gym on the 11th floor too. Overall a great stay!

This property is advertised as having a restaurant. It does not which was very disappointing and had their advertising been accurate, I would have gone elsewhere. For the $420 price tag I expected some place to eat or have a drink on the premises. The breakfast is set up in the large lobby area. Staff were excellent and very friendly but the price is high and it feels like a lower grade place overall.

We’ve stayed at this hotel before and it was once again an awesome experience. We were here for my son’s ASU Graduation which worked out perfect! Room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was courteous and the service was great. There’s also an excellent full free breakfast in the morning. It’s located right on the northwest side of the ASU campus which worked out great. The rooftop pool is amazing with great views of Tempe, A Mountain and the surrounding area. We’ll be back again soon. Thanks!

Staying at this Residence Inn exceeded expectations. The service was exemplary, rooms were spacious and well-appointed, all nestled in a secure neighborhood. While breakfast was satisfactory, the standout features included reliable internet, picturesque views, and convenient nearby parking. A particularly appreciated touch was their policy of not charging for received packages. Overall, a highly recommended choice for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Great location and very clean. My only complaint is no chairs on the balcony. The main reason you get a balcony is to sit outside.
