Fantastic personnel and management were completely rude. They were already in our room we can complain within 5 minutes of us checking in and barely gave us a chance to unpack our bags before they were on top of us complaining. They also give us a problem with that our Caribbean parked in the parking lot even though the hotel states that if we pay the $15 we're allowed to park there which we did and for no reason at all they were just about to extender reservation until management at the last second walked up to the front desk and gave us no reason that we were unable to renew. We will be speaking to a higher up about this but I would not recommend this hotel

Nice hotel, great location in the heart of Tempe social district. Team at front desk was very friendly and helpful. Nice rooms, not massive, but comfortable. Clean and safe. They have a pool and some ground outside in the shade where you can enjoy a coffee.

The hotel is decent, nice rooms, good location. However all was overshadowed by the lack of concern the hotel staff has when a problem arises. I was over charged 460USD and 4 months later I still don't get the refund. I have been following up with them every week, if not nothing would happen. I called once from overseas to see where my check was, and the lady put me on hold while she was taking care of someone else. She then had to google how long a letter takes to arrive to my home town, because they had no tracking number or anything.
There lack of concern and lack of accountability is truly astonishing. 4 months later they cancel the check and send one through FedEx with no rush, just regular two week delivery. Who cares how long it takes to arrive after all the this time. And I still don't know if I will be able to cash the check since I am not in the US, something that they still haven't answered.
It is a shame since a good stay was overshadowed by the poor costumer service you get once a problem arises.

We loved our stay at Sonesta. We were on the bottom floor which had quick access to the gorgeous grounds and outdoor pool. There was an issue with our room and Nakeyla was quick to get us assigned to a new room and gave us breakfast vouchers. But, the best part of our trip was saying hello and goodbye to Nakeyla every time we came and went. She was so friendly and made us feel like we were best friends! Thank you Nakeyla!

Always have stayed at the Sonesta when I need a little get away from home and have always liked the hotel due to its lower rate and quality. Beds are comfy, location is amazing (bars and food places are walking distance), staff is amazing but one especially stood out to me who really made a difference in my stay, Nakeyla Thomas! She checked me into my room so quick and has been the best at accommodating me and my boyfriend with our stay here, always so sweet and greeting us whether we’re leaving, coming back to the room, or going downstairs to grab a snack. I’ve been to quite a few places and I can easily say she raises the bar highly when making the guests feel welcomed. Anyways, I will definitely be back here when I need a getwaway, thanks you guys especially sweet Nakeyla ! ＜33

Close to good restaurants we stayed here before heading to airport. Would highly recommend for a great option before flying. Also has a laundry.
