Room is clean. Nice to stay. Great environment with restaurants nearby. However the bath faucet is not functional.

This hotel is off the highway. It is convenient to get around Phoenix.

The building needs lots of repair, the water from the pool was way too dirty, the faucet was falling from the bath tub, when we check in, the credit machine was not working so they were making copies of your credit cards with the CVV in order to check in, I got worried since they were making copies to all credit cards and also ids, in the morning when we went for breakfast, the person who is making omelets was with such an angry attitude, I ordered 4 but he only wanted to make one because your kids need to make line too , so my 2 year old boy had to make line to get an omelet and all my kids, I spoke to the manager and he said even if your kid is 1 year old he has to make his own line to get his omelet .  I mean I already canceled my debit card, people who go there they should block it, not a safe place for families and the beds and rooms are old.  The person who does the cooking was so rude. Just don’t come here.

It is a really nice hotel at convenient location. There are lots of restaurants just across the road especially Indian's Flame. Breakfast is nice and they also offered us free drinks every evening. P. S you can check in at any time in the afternoon rather than 16:00 as website says.

Would definitely stay here again staff was great breakfast was on point and it was quiet despite being very full for the weekend.

Great staycation for my husband and I. Location was great considering we had an event right down the street from the hotel.

The room is too dark and not very clean. Quite an old hotel

Room was not as clean as it could have been. There were two big splotches of ketchup on the carpet. The door know on the bathroom door fall off in your hand. Lastly, you guys need to update your toilets. They are made for two year Olds. They are so low to the ground it is extremely difficult if you have any back, knee or leg pain issues or if you are over three feet tall.. They are just abnormally low to the ground

Great hotel! Loved the pool and the giant lemon tree!

The room is big, but the air conditioner is a bit noisy. The breakfast service time is short, only until 9 o'clock on weekdays.
