We made a reservation a month in advance for a table on the patio to celebrate two birthdays. We arrived on time and were told we did not have a reservation--we had even called a few days prior to confirm the reservation. Eventually staff offered us a table inside and two appetizers comped while we waited for a table to open up on the patio--90 minutes later we were seated outside. One entre, Chilean Sea Bass arrived raw, it was as soft as warm jello and had to be sent back. My $55 pork chop came to the table barely luke warm as if perhaps it had been sitting for awhile after our Sea Bass was quickly thrown together when the original went to another table by accident perhaps?...I've worked in restaurants enough to know what happens in the kitchen. The manager was unapologetic. She had a room full of High School Prom dates all evening so I could feel her pain but she didn't take care of us, at the very least comping a round of drinks and offering a genuine apology would have gone a long way.
