The service of the front desk staff is good, the hotel has an airport shuttle service, the breakfast is rich and comes with three kinds of fruits, the guest rooms have independent air conditioning, the hygienic conditions are good, and there are many parking lots

Muy buen servicio limpieza y amabilidad buena ubicacion.

호텔방은 넓고 깨끗했어요. 스텝분들 엄청 친절하고 먼저 도와줄거없냐고 물어봐주세요. 무료주차이고 주차장도 넓었어요. 조식도 종류가 많지는 않았으나 기본적으로 있을건 다 있고 맛있었어요. 이 가격에 이정도 서비스면 가성비 갑이네요.

Very nice hotel, clean & comfortable.  Breakfast was hot & fresh. While nothing in walking distance they offer a free shuttle to a local area filled w/restaurants & other stores. We called when fi ished & w/in 10 min driver was there. Great experience, definitely  recommend!

The front desk staff is good, the hotel has an airport pick-up and drop-off service, the breakfast is full with three fruits, the room is independent and the air conditioning is good, and the parking lot is in a lot of location.

A very basic Hyatt Place property.  Nothing to speak of that stood out.  Only stayed one night this summer and felt like there are other properties in Tempe that are still close the the airport and a bit nicer (such as a Hyatt Place/Hyatt House) property near the college.
