Spent 3 nights with friends over the weekend. Front desk was very friendly, I think it was Emily who checked us in. Room was bigger than I expected, and very clean for what seems to be an older hotel. It was a little dated, but the staff seemed to care enough to keep it up. We had a light bulb out and the maintenance man came and replaced it and made jokes with us. The staff really made the stay, we met friendlier people at the hotel then we did out and about exploring downtown. Will definitely come back.

The exceptional service and genuine kindness of the hotel employees left a lasting impression. During my stay, I unfortunately lost one of my earrings down the sink in my room. Distressed and unsure of what to do, I reached out to the front desk for assistance. The response was not only prompt but also incredibly empathetic. The hotel staff, without hesitation, went above and beyond to help me retrieve my lost item. It wasn't just about resolving the issue; it was about making me feel valued as a guest. The level of service and kindness exhibited by the employees, especially during the incident with my lost earring, left an indelible mark on my memory. This hotel is exceptionally good!

Stayed here before and didn’t have a bad time so I stayed again for a quick turn around trip for work. Quick check-in which I appreciated because I had to immediately run off to my work meeting after. Clean room, quiet location. Got some decent sleep. Grabbed a coffee as I rushed out to hit the road in the morning because it’s pretty good for a motel coffee. Just as pleasant as the last time. Thanks guys!

It was terrible . I paid online but sense I did not have a credit card we could not stay there . We are not very happy with this whole ordeal .

Check in staff was quite curt. Felt like they assume everyone was going to steal or break something. The room smelled horrible. Very dirty. Shower had a hole in the tub where the washcloth handle is. Window screen was missing. Neither of the lights by the beds worked. Doors were grimey. We were told we had to take our own garbage out to the dumpster. The sheets and towels were clean. When we left the lady took the key card without any question of how our stay was or thanks. Wish I would have spent the $20 a night more and stayed anywhere else.

Room was clean, but needed some attention. The sliding door to the bathroom was off the track on the leading edge, the sink faucet was plumbed backwards (Hot on the right), the kitchen cabinet doors were hanging loosely and needed tightening. At least one receptacle was loose in the box. On the good side, it was a convent location, and the people were very pleasant

Room was very dated. Linens need to be replaced and carpet cleaned or replaced. Something about the property made us feel unsafe. Complimentary "breakfast" was substandard at best. Would pay a bit more and stay at a better hotel. Would not stay here again.
