Unfortunately this hotel has terrible deficiencies for someone who expects to have a pleasant and comfortable stay. They serve you as if they were doing you a favor and they have no idea what customer service is. here they are rejected. Another aspect was that the mini refrigerator that is in the room does not work and turns on but does not cool and turns off after a short time. This caused some very valuable medicines that I had to keep refrigerated to spoil. This was reported to both the reception and the person in charge of cleaning the rooms and they did not resolve anything. They are unconscious people with no interest in the guest. Another aspect was that there were no supplies such as soap and shampoo in the dispensers, which confirms and corroborates the hotel's lack of interest in its guests. The breakfast was extremely ordinary and unattractive. If they could deduct breakfast from the price, it would be very good to allocate it and go somewhere else. On the other hand, the hotel is well located for that area of ​​Tempe and is a quiet place. In conclusion, the hotel is not worth what it costs.
