Nice apartment style for the week. Unfortunately the pool wasn’t heated the week we stayed nor was the restaurant at our end. No big deal but would have liked to know that at time of booking. Otherwise it is a great place to stay.

Very awesome, extremely friendly customer service (Even if they did turn down my offer for a piece of a twizzler... Lol), the maid service was awesome! The free breakfast was ok, the breakfast sandwiches were ok, the cheese tasted gross and old.

My deposits seem to go missing and never returned stayed 31-10th owed 300 in deposits that still havnt gone back with ample time when other days went back back just get run around call bank or it’s released it wasn’t released the steal it on the back end.

Nothing to do with the staff, they were friendly and very professional. Attempted to check in via Hilton app. 3 different apps pop up to download. Why can’t they combine all into one? Had to leave wedding reception to check. Was a real inconvenience.

Everything was excellent. We will stay here again when we visit the Phoenix are in January. There is a nice restaurant next door to the hotel.
