The front desk person Archie was very accommodating. On our first day we reported to the woman at the front desk that our room phone did not work - she did nothing. We had the room for two nights. There was no hot water for our showers either A.M. or P.M. The person in the next room was smoking...something. This is a smokeless facility. After a shower I found the bottom of my feet very dirty from walking on the carpet - disgusting. The rugs havent been maintained for G_d knows how long. We were given a 1 night credit by Archie for our unpleasant experience and look forward to receiving notification that it has been processed.

Place was disgusting and unclean. Within minutes of receiving our room key we entered the room that had dirty bathroom floors and fecal matter in the toilet, as well as it looked like un-wiped counters. We asked for a different room and it wasn't much better. Thought it was okay until we found a cockroach roaming around the second room on our second night. Seedy motel vibes. I got fooled by the pictures. Would not have stayed if I knew that this place was this gross. No idea how anyone gives this place anything higher than a 1.

It was a very good stay. The breakfast was great, the SOS was off the chain. My handicapped room was enjoyable. The parking lot for handicapped was right there. LG TV worked good with all the channels available. The swimming pool was extremely cool on the hot days. Overall it 2 thumbs up!

I drove over 7 hour to reach my granddaughter’s graduation, only to reach a place where I was disappointed. The room, bathroom and fitness center had issues (broken or not up to standards.) Would not recommend (only as a last resort.)

The hotel staff was pleasant and the room was clean. The breakfast was good, but could have used some variety. The hotel is apparently undergoing renovations, but it still was pleasant.
