Days Inn by Wyndham Carroll

The staff was incredible and so helpful. I left a charger behind and they mailed it to me at no charge. The room was clean, bed and pillows were comfortable and breakfast was a nice bonus. Would stay here again.

The staff was excellent and very accommodating when we needed help. Our only complaint was the lighting in the room was not good. I'd suggest an update to LED bulbs. The sink area off the bathroom was not able to see at all to get ready in the morning, there was no natural light to help at 6 am. Overall pleased.

Very quiet hotel. The front desk was very friendly. They are in the midst of a remodel which will only make it better. Good breakfast.

Poor staff resolving in the morning, like it was a hassle I brought up the issues. Leave Please. The ants in the first room, second room smoke detector was hanging from ceiling with plastic bag on it.

The staff at Front Desk was awesome on the morning to afternoon, night shift not so much.

Clean and comfortable. Basic breakfast. Check in was quick and easy however not very welcoming. Counter person never greeted, welcomed me or even pointed me to the direction of my room. A smile and greeting would have made a stronger impression in the “we should stay here again” catagory.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences we have had in a long time. I do have to say the only positive part was the front desk clerk. She was amazing and super kind. The first room we checked into at 11:30pm was moldy and musty smelling. There was towel hangers on the floor and the A/C would not turn on. We could also hear our neighbors yelling which of course is not the hotels fault. So I went up and asked to move rooms. She said no problem! The 2nd room was upstairs, no elevator so we hauled all our things up. This room was even worse than the first!! This room had burns in the carpet, missing light bulbs and lamps that didn’t work but the worst part was the LIVE WORMS in the toilet!!!! I said no way are we staying here! If there was still worms in the toilet what else was in that room? Like I said the front desk lady was extremely nice and understanding. We got our refund the next day. The sad part is this is the newest hotel in Carroll so our advice, drive the extra 1/2 hour to Manning or Jefferson
