Einige Pluspunkte, gerade für Kinder, zb Kino, Kettcar ausleihen, viele Spielplätze, Indoorspielplatz, Schwimmhalle, etc. Umgebung ist super schön! Service ist super, alle Mitarbeiter waren stets offen, kommunikativ und super lieb! Uns sind aber leider einige negative Aspekte aufgefallen... - Frühstücksbuffet- Qualität leider wirklich nicht gut, Auswahl sehr eingeschränkt, alles "abgepackte" Sachen, kaum Frisches, so gut wie kein Obst. - alles sehr überfüllt, sehr laut, zu viele Menschen auf engstem Raum für unseren Geschmack. Größtes Minus: das "Familienzimmer", welches diesem Titel GAR nicht verdient hat. Es sind zwei vollkommen in die Jahre gekommene, abgegrabbelte Mini- Zimmerchen, welche durch eine schwere,doppelte Metalltür verbunden sind. Das ist kein Familienzimmer und haben wir für den Preis pro Nacht als wirklich unverschämt empfunden... Dazu war das Zimmer leider schmutzig, die Teppichleisten lösten sich überall, Haare auf dem Boden, spartanische und alte Einrichtung, schimmelige Fugen im Bad und unangenehmer Geruch. Zudem konnte man sich im "Bad" kaum umdrehen, so klein...

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte hier und da etwa ein paar Renovierungen vertragen (Schwimmbad, Speisesaal etc.). Das Personal ist durchweg freundlich. Unser Zimmer war okay das Bad war aber sehr Klein.Frühstücksbuffet war gut Abend Buffet zufrieden stellend.

A colorfully painted block building, a bit outdated facilities. Quite a lot of entertainment for kids: pool, disco, cinema, excursions, playgrounds. Rooms are small, a very narrow shower cabin, a tv hanging not in front of the bed, but somewhere on the side. Clean. Overall it was a good experience for a weekend. Unfortunately Therme Templin are closed until end of June, otherwise it would be a reason to stay in town longer.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard. Das Badezimmer war derart klein, dass man sich kaum darin drehen konnte.
Der Haartrockner funktionierte nicht. Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und dadurch teilweise sehr laut. Es dürften keine Zimmer direkt am Treppenhaus und an den Fahrstühlen vermietet werden.
Sauna kostete extra, der Saunabereich wurde anscheinend nicht täglich überprüft, es gab zwei Tage keine Trinkbecher und Duschgel in den Duschen. Auf Ansage wurde dies aber umgehend behoben. Es gab keine extra Handtücher oder Bademäntel auf dem Zimmer für die Saunanutzung.
Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht, dass Hotel ist auf Massenabfertigung ausgerichtet und hat kein gehobenes Niveau, was man aber für den Preis erwarten könnte.

It was over all a good stay. The personal was great and helpful. The elevators was slow and unpredictable. So it could take really long time to get one espeially from 11th floor.
I do not like the concept of paid parking for the hotell guests.
One of the worst parts and easy fixed is that in the room with a bathtub the shower hose is way to short i am 177cm and the shower nozzle unly reached my neck. So i have to kneel or bend really strange to shower my head.
It was clean and fresh in my room.

Das Hotel war mega voll! Das Abendbuffet war sehr leer bei der 2. Tischzeit! Das Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt, keine Betten gemacht, nur die Handtücher wurden gewechselt!

Ich besuche schon seit mehr als 20 Jahren das Hotel in Templin, mit Freunden, Kindern und nun auch Enkeln.
Das Tollste ist das Kinderprogramm, die vielen Möglichkeiten der aktiven Betätigung.
Einzigartig die Gelegenheit zum Erwerb des Schwimmabzeichens.
Einfach Spitze, weiter so!!!

Viele Extrakosten. Parkplatz, Minigolf, etc. Auch sehr stolze Preise in der Gastronomie. Das Servicepersonal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Aber das Hotel war teuer und dann kamen die Extrakosten dazu, daher hier nur ein ok.
