Nice place. Great rooms. Good breakfast. Breakfast spread had decent number of varieties. Room is spacious Good service.

Rooms are neat, spacious and good. I have not got chance to eat food at this place so couldn't comment on food taste. There is enough parking area. Hotel is near to railway station and is in good area. Overall I am very much satisfied with my stay

Great location in the heart of the city right across from the train station. Accommodations were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and had ***y options. Staff was friendly. Nicest hotel in the city!

The Goutham Grand was a pleasant experience! The rooms were clean, food at the hotel was excellent, and most importantly the staff was so accommodating to our big group! Would def come here again next year.

Well to start with , this is the only hotel which has the 3 star category in Tenali, I have been to escape bar the other night and everything was not as expected we had a bull frog and it was not the traditional one also the food served was nice but it affected with food poisoning and now I’m lying in the hospital. The ***agement should look into hygiene and quality assurance for the customer.

We were hesitant to book any hotel in Tenali; given that it's comparatively a small town, and we were unsure of a quality hotel. However, were presently surprised with practically, every aspect of the hotel starting from, parking space, Ambiance, room size, facilities, maintenance, food.. so on and most importantly service!!!! It is a rarity in my experience to come across the staff being so courtesies and polite in this segment of towns and this place has nailed it in every respect. The rooms were equipped with all the modern facilities that are expected from a Business hotel, such as High Sped internet, workspace with lamp, clean surroundings, well-***aged beddings, fridge, kettle, etc... additionally, the rooms were also aesthetically designed and more importantly maintained at its best.

It's just ok . But over priced hotel. 3000 is best price if we get it. Food taste also good but over priced . Wifi signal is very good . Located opposite to Railway station . Staff r not wearing masks sometimes.

My husband stayed here a few times when he was visiting his family in India. Here is his review of the hotel. Great option for people traveling to Tenali either for business or family purpose. Nice rooms, excellent service, super tasty food and affordable prices. Hotel also has cabs we can rent for a reasonable price. Here are some suggestions to the ***agement. - I think you should take some time to "refresh" a few things in the hotel. - The actual menu cards in the rooms seem to have been there for 10+ years. Maybe you can put new/fresh ones? - Everything on the menu tastes great. The presentation of food for room service is also very clean and professional. It is obvious that you take a lot of care with your food. My only complaint/suggestion is that the menu itself has not changed in 10+ years. Maybe you can try to add some new options? e.g. Expand dinner options to include some "light food" south indian options like dosa, poori, chole, mysore bonda. - Overhaul your towels and add some that have your logo on them? I think small changes like the ones I mentioned above would go a long way to keep repeat customers like me happy. All the best!

The hotelier's vision is visible, however maintenance has not kept up. At not even 10 years of age, one notices the stains, dust and paint wearing off in every nook and cranny. One expects more when the hotel is priced as high as a 4 star at Hyderabad. The staff are helpful and polite, and the food is pretty decent, albeit slightly overpriced. There is no valet, but parking is simple enough. The USP of this hotel is that there is nothing else comparable in the vicinity. 3.5/5
