Heywood Spa Hotel

Fantastic say, owner couldn’t do enough for us over our stay from service to politeness, it was a real hit with us and did not disappoint! Everything was fantastic from the spa to the evening restaurant , breakfast and everything else in between A hidden gem of a spa/hotel night stay which has all you need!

Beautiful service, stay, and facilities in excellent location, quiet and peaceful and perfect for a rest and recoup!

We stayed in Heywood Spa hotel for 1 night after a trip to Skomer Island to see the puffins. We had a lovely welcome from the lady in reception and she really did her best to make sure we had comfortable rooms. Our rooms had balconies overlooking the garden - a lovely spot for morning coffee. As we were celebrating an Anniversary we booked a meal in the Hotels Marigold restaurant which was delicious with lots of choice. We also enjoyed breakfast there. We used the spa in the hotel which is well equipped with a pool, infra-red sauna, jacuzzi and outdoor hot tub. It’s only a 20 minute walk in to Tenby and we would thoroughly recommend a stay in this hotel especially as a base to explore West Wales.

Well if you're looking for a review here you go . Back for a 2nd time and staying for 3 nights . The reason for coming back is because its a hidden gem , every one here are amazing. The rooms are immaculate, the location is fantastic, swimming pool perfect, the food is absolutely amazing you will not be disappointed. Finally, everyone here are delightful and so helpful without trying. Even if you're not staying here come for the experience and food. Amazing stay at the haywood spa Hotel. We were upgraded which was a lovely surprise for us which made our stay even more special. The staff at haywood spa Hotel just couldn't do enough for us all were so friendly & polite. The room that we stayed in was spacious and immaculate. We enjoyed the use of the outdoor jucuzzi and the spa back massage and facial was the best that I have ever had. There is also a good choice of different meals at the restaurant, what we ordered from the evening menu was very tasty and the potion sizes were great. The hotel location is ideal for exploring tenby and Saundersfoot.

We returned here again to celebrate Santes Dwynwen. This place is truly amazing, the staff were so lovely and really looked after us. We really enjoyed using the spa and being able to order drinks from the pool/lounger! Food was outstanding, as well as a really comfortable room and fabulous breakfast. I can't praise this place enough!

We have just visited the hotel for a long weekend for my husbands birthday. We have stayed previously in 2024 so this was an easy choice. We were given a room upgrade to a superior room on the ground floor (room 102) Lovely furnished room with a large very comfortable bed, 2 comfy chairs as well as a dressing table area and plenty of storage. Even though the room was not far off reception area it was lovely and quiet and we both slept well. The only slight niggle was the water pressure in the shower. As previously all staff were amazing from the lovely receptionists who we chatted to, to the bar and restaurant staff and the cleaners We made use of the pool and hot tubs each day and even enjoyed a cocktail by the pool. We ate in the Marigold restaurant each evening and had a different meal each time. The food was amazing and the waiter was helpful with suggestions and explaining the menu options to us. Breakfast was also delicious with a choice of cooked breakfast, pancakes, kippers etc as well as a cold buffet with toast pastries yogurts, fruit and juices to set us up for the day As we enjoyed our stay so much we rebooked for my birthday in August booking the same room All in all we had an amazing time and can’t wait for our next visit H As

Where to start , stayed here with friends for a spa break , from the minute we walked through the door the service we received was exceptional, we were given a room upgrade , room’s were spacious and beds really comfortable , Restaurant staff could not do enough , service was second to none and the food just incredible , booked spa treatments with Judith who from the moment she introduced herself made us feel we were in good hands and treatments were fantastic , leisure facilities swimming pool , sauna ,jacuzzi robes and slippers provided , so impressed by this little gem of a hotel and staff we booked another break while we were there and can’t wait to return .

What a find! Lovely hotel with excellent facilities. Relaxing spa and a beautifully decorated restaurant with very delicious food. Exceptionally clean throughout and very organised and well run with helpful and attentive staff. We had a lovely time and would definitely go back.
