フロント以外特に接触もなく、部屋もレイクサイドで気に入っていてのだが、諸事情によりキャンセルすることになり、手続きをとった。 キャンセル料の支払いは、請求書が来てからとのことで、請求が来るのを待っていたのだが、1ヶ月してもなく、年が明けてもなく、もしかしたらキャンセル料とらないのかな？何回も宿泊しているから大目に見てくれているのかな？などと淡い期待を持ち始めた頃に1通のキャンセル料請求書が届いた。 あまりにも対応が遅い。 キャンセルしてから3ヶ月以上経って請求書がやっときた。 いつ来るかと思っていたものがやっと、やっと来たが、嬉しくもなんともない。 遅すぎる。 無駄に遅いから払わなくていいのかぐらいに思っていた頃に来たのでガッカリ感が半端ない。 今まで好印象だったのだが、途端に色褪せて見えてきて魅力的に思えなくなった。なんでも対応は大事だ。それが予約であっても、キャンセル出会っても、しっかりした対応をすべきだと思う。

犬の楽園。ドックランは沢山あるし、ペットアメニティも豊富。犬の温泉もあるし、犬のご飯も大満足。ペットで用意するものは何もないので凄い楽。 人はスローライフ向きにはたまらないので、ゆっくり時間を過ごしたい方には向いてます。釣り、ボート、自転車、キャンプ、サウナ、温泉、プール好きにはピッタリ。逆を言えば何も無いから色々な所に行きたい方は不向きかも。 私達は子供と犬でゆったり過ごしてるので年6回は行きます。冬のスキーとか雪遊びも最高です。夏はヴィラやコテージ。冬はドームやコテージがおすすめです。

子供に雪遊びをさせてあげたくて2泊しました。沢山遊びたくて金曜学校終わり次第いそいで向かってやっとの思いで遅くについたけど、2連泊でとってたお部屋がなんかお風呂が使えないとかで一泊ずつ違うお部屋になると。部屋移動する時間もったいないしちょっとやだなと思ったけどグレードの高いお部屋に変えていただけたからまあいっかと。そして沢山遊んで2日目はもともと泊まる予定だったお部屋へ。夜ご飯早めに食べてお部屋で温泉入ってゆっくりしよーって思ってたのに温泉冷たいのしかでなくてフロントへ電話。そうゆうものだから追い焚きで温めてと言われてやったけど全く温まらずまた電話。お部屋まで見に来てくれるというから待って来てくれたけどなかなか直らず時間だけがすぎていく。子供もいるしいつまでもお風呂入れないのも時間もったいないし嫌だからもういいですと言って帰ってもらって結局お部屋で温泉には入れませんでした。チェックアウト時は謝っていただきましたが、それだけでした。お部屋で温泉に入れるっていうのがうりですよね？掲示してあった源泉の温度そんな低くなかったしおかしくないですか？めったに行ける場所じゃないし貴重な時間返してほしい。子供は雪遊び楽しかったって喜んでたからよかったけどなんかもやもやの残る旅でした。

今回で3回目、今月2回目の宿泊になります。1回目はリンナ、2回目は湖、そして今回トゥーリに。ワンコ無し家族がハマってしまうほど素敵な宿です。今、トゥーリの2泊めで 朝から温泉、サウナでのんびりしています。 今回のトゥーリ 新しい建物のようですが汚ないの。掃除の問題だと思うけど。テーブルは拭いてなくてベタベタ。サウナは床ゴミだらけ。フロアも床が汚ないし あちこち汚ない。で来て早々に大掃除でした。素敵な新しいコテージがもったいなくて…1月にオラヴィに泊まるので綺麗ならいいな。リンナも湖も綺麗でしたのでたまたまとは思います。

長年。キャンプやアウトドア－をやってきましたが、これ程素晴らしいキャンプ場は他に見たことがありません❗ 特に犬を連れていくキャンプ場の、中ではダントツですね‼️ お風呂も完備していて、犬用の風呂もあって、至れり尽くせりです。もっと家の、近くにあれは、ツキイチくらいで行きたいところです。

レイクサイドドッグヴィラに泊まりバーベキューを楽しんだ。天気は良くなかったが、テントの下ドッグランでのバーベキューは楽しく、思ったよりも美味しく頂いた。部屋食は大したことがないと思っていただけに、部屋食がこんなにもいいものだと認識が変わった。レストランのバイキングも良いけれど、のんびりとゆったりいただけると言うことがとても新鮮だった。緑の中、湖を見ながらの犬との散歩はいつ来ても気持ちがよく、居心地のいい場所だと思う。ただ室内ドッグランの駐車場はあまり広くないため、行っても車が止められなかったので、車を停める場所をもう少し確保していただけたらと思う。スタッフの気持ちの良い対応、サービスはお値段以上。

キャンプで利用しました。 オートサイトで全てAC電源付き。 きちんと整備されています。 キッチンもトイレもきれいです。 キャンプなのに、大浴場の温泉に入れるところが気に入っています。 夏は虫が多いので、対策必須です。

木々に囲まれたドームコテージに愛犬と宿泊しましたが、ペット用アメニティが揃っているほか、設備の清掃も行き届いており、床暖房も効いて快適でした。レストランや大浴場からは少し離れていますが気になるほどではありません。夕食・朝食ともレストランでのバイキングになりますが、郷土料理の蕎麦や団子もあるなどメニューが豊富でどれも美味でした。犬用ビュッフェも無料なので人も犬も食べすぎに注意です。なお、大浴場には内湯、サウナ、薬草蒸し風呂、水風呂のほか、源泉かけ流しの壺湯や広々とした露天風呂などバラエティー豊かです。朝食後の入浴は貸し切り状態で、開放的な露天風呂で癒されました。
