Magnotel (Tengzhou Wanda Plaza)

The room was bright, clean, and tidy. The restaurant was spotless, and the tableware was impeccably washed. The receptionist was warm and attentive. The location is excellent, very close to Wanda Plaza and the East Railway Station. Thumbs up!

I rarely leave reviews, but this is my only negative one. Avoid this Baiyulan hotel! I stayed in Tengzhou three times in a week, and I've stayed in most hotels here. The front desk staff were extremely unfriendly and inflexible. This is the first time I've encountered such an attitude from a front desk staff member in all my hotel stays. The soundproofing was terrible; I could clearly hear noise from next door and the street from the room. The room facilities were very outdated. Extremely low value for money.

The hotel has a great location, with the Tengzhou Sports Center and Tengzhou Gymnasium in front and the Tengzhou Vocational and Technical College next door. The hotel room facilities are excellent, and the sofa chairs are very comfortable! The entire room is controlled by a smart speaker. The bathroom has an electric toilet and a separate shower and toilet area. The room also has a direct drinking water dispenser, so the water is safe to drink.

設施：挺好，值得一住，設施完善，還有智能機器人拉窗簾。 衞生：乾淨整潔。 環境：周圍挺好的，靠近萬達，吃什麼都很方便。 服務：熱情。

房間真的非常乾淨衞生，一進門就感覺很舒適，床單被罩都潔白無塵，連角落都一塵不染，住得很安心，強烈推薦！

酒店位於萬達附近，離各個景區非常近。火車站20分鐘內抵達。房間舒適乾淨，前台服務極好👍。設施設備齊全，下次還會入住！

差差差！房門漏風，窗户也不隔音晚上馬路上有車經過聲音非常大。前台服務特別差，前台跟我們説隔壁的隔壁房間有婚房，我們説沒事沒事，前台直接來了一句我衹是提醒你們。懷疑不是正規白玉蘭

非常的差，前台當著我的麪小聲蛐蛐我 然後那個前台的年紀比較大的一個女的，我不知道是不是領班當著我的麪和它同事小聲説，給我開一個最小的房間吧 我真的都要笑出來了 別的我會客觀評價，就服務態度這一塊，我也會客觀的給最低分的 總的來説，這個房間。還是很ok的 儘管是這個酒店最小的房間了。確實不大，也完全不符合我訂的這個房型時候的面積，應該是要小個10平方米左右 但是總體評價依舊，ok 就是這個前台的這個服務人員的態度吧，完全對不上這個價格，甚至還不如我住過的那種便宜酒店
