The room is very large and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. The self-service laundry room costs 9 quarters for washing and 8 quarters for drying. You can pay coins or swipe cards. To give you a reference. Sara at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.

All very good except there were a bunch of dead ladybugs on the window sill and 3 live ones that accompanied me during my stay. I don’t mind a couple ladybugs hanging out on a lampshade but the dead ones should have been cleaned up during daily room service. Also my coffee pods didn’t get replenished. Had to goto front desk.

The room was very noisy. The hotel was not fully booked but I was not even given the choice to stay in a room on the quiet side of the hotel (away from the freeway).

I have never stayed in the hotel where backup power did not work. Power went out in the middle of the night. Elevators, emergency lights room access, phones, etc all not working. We had to pack, bring our bags down from 5th floor in pitch dark. Very unsafe.

We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights here and would come back (with the caveat explained below). We love this brand of Hiltons and this one seemed newer than most. Very clean and comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent and ole Calvin was the most energetic, attentive and happy server we've ever had anywhere -- loved him! After long days of touring, we decided to eat here both nights and were not disappointed - very good, simple food choices .. service at dinner was great as well! The only reason we gave it a 4 vs. 5 is that after the fact we found out our room was a pet-friendly room. We love dogs and had our own, but had to go to extraordinary lengths to keep the dander down due to my wife's allergies. No hotel would go to those lengths. I guess we were lucky, for we had no issues but they should not given us a pet-friendly room without telling us or, really giving us a choice.

Continued difficulty connecting with internet. I ended up having to go to a coffee ship to get connection. Was there for work, but, this made it difficult to get anything done. I'm hoping it was just the weather.
