Las instalaciones son agradables, hubo mucho ruido el primer día por el personal del hotel al amanecer, pero se le informó a las señoritas de recepción y, aunque no fueron muy amables, los siguientes días ya no hubo detalle al respecto. El desayuno bien, atención muy amable del capitán aunque no podemos decir lo mismo de los meseros, ojalá y puedan mejorar su atención.Cómo sugerencia un poquito más de cuidado con la limpieza en las habitaciones para poder en la siguiente visita dar 5 estrellas y no solo 4. Las camas bastante cómodas al igual que sus almohadas y esas sí estaban y olían a limpias. Muy buen control por el personal para ingresar y salir del estacionamiento. Se debería marcar el lugar del estacionamiento con el número de habitación que le corresponda para mejorar la organización del mismo.
