The property was very nice, walking distance to the main town plaza and restaurants. The room was very clean and room service was fast and courteous. The room could have used a comfortable chair for sitting and reading. The only chair in the room was a desk chair. Although pricey I would recommend this hotel to all.

My room was quite a bit smaller than at my last stay, even though the hotel was almost empty. I was billed for Nespresso pods, even though i had multi-day stay. They told me at the front desk that you get 2 pods no matter how long you stay. If you stay a month, you get 2 pods for the entire month. Overall, the hotel offers less and less value every year. I will reconsider on my next visit.

Muy buena ubicación en todo el centro de Tequila, a unos pocos metros de la destilería de José Cuervo. Lindo edificio estilo colonial con un ambiente muy auténtico y acorde con el resto de Tequila. El servicio de meseros y barman es excelente. Particularmente el servicio de Roxana y Miguel. Asegúrese que le den habitaciones en los pisos altos. Nuestra habitación en el primer piso era oscura, sin vista y con mucho ruido de la zona de servicio del hotel durante toda la noche y la madrugada. Por esto no representa el valor que cobran. El restaurante no tiene un buen chef. La comida bastante mal preparada a excepción del buffet del desayuno que es muy completo.

One of our favorite hotels. Rooms a d property grounds are beautiful and very clean. The dining options are amazing and the staff is wonderful. We stay here whenever we go to Jalisco. Everything is top notch.

Un hotel muy bonito, con excelentes acabados y detalles, todo el personal muy atento. Se deberia promocionar como Hotel Boutique. Tiene una terraza donde se ve la plaza central donde se ve el espectaculo de los voladores de papantla. Buena cocina y bares
