O hotel está bem localizado, o problema grave do hotel Porto Fino estava na recepção. Uma recepcionista do horário noite, me recebeu de forma rude, áspera, totalmente sem educação e sem justificativa alguma. No outro dia,pela manhã eu solicitei uma fotocópia simples juntona recepção e tive de pagar a taxa de R$ 2,00 (dois reais) pelo serviço. Quanta indelicadeza!!
Realmente um descaso com o hóspede.
Felizmente na outra unidade, Porto Fino Prime, o o atendimento é muito diferente e bem melhor! Recepcionistas são educadas e merecem elogios!
