Hotel excelente, muito bonito. Vale a pena ir ao primeiro andar para conhecer a piscina e a sala de descanso. O Café da manhã é muito completo e saboroso. Internet boa para trabalhar. O quarto é meio antigo, mas estava limpo e tudo funcionando.

I stayed here for the exercise room and long indoor pool, both were excellent. But it is not a neighborhood you can walk around, and no nice bars, social areas close by.

Fiquei outra vez e gostei e por isso resolvi reservar novamente e foi ruim,reservei um quarto superior e meu quarto era adotado,banheiro horrível,pia feia e pequena,não tinha box no banheiro e sim uma cortina de plástico

Escolhemos o Grand Hotel Arrey pela localização, que nos atendia perfeitamente. O prédio e os quartos já mostram alguns sinais do tempo, mas o preço é justo e os staff atencioso. O café da manhã pode melhorar, oferecendo produtos masks frescos

Foi muito desconfortável chegar com meu bebê recém nascido e na hora do banho o disjuntor do chuveiro ficar caindo de minuto em minuto durante o banho, ou caia o disjuntor do chuveiro ou caia o geral do quarto. As roupas de cama não foram trocadas do último hóspede, dava pra sentir o cheiro forte de suor da pessoal que dormiu lá. Eu fiz a reclamação na recepção das duas coisas e ficaram de dar uma resposta mas ninguém dos responsáveis teve a decência de vir conversar!!

Me hospedei no Gran Hotel Arrey, em Teresina, e no Hotel Arrey Beach, em Parnaíba - experiências incríveis, quando fomos agraciados (eu e minha família) com um atendimento gentil e competente, associado a uma estrutura confortável e muito adequada às nossas necessidade. O hotel é bom, mas cobra mais do que oferece. Não tem ninguém para ajudar com a bagagem, quarto um pouco pequeno para o padrão. O café da manhã é excelente, mas alguns funcionários são bem secos, não são simpáticos.

Os funcionários são super educados, porém, a estrutura do quarto é péssima pelo valor da diária. Canais a cabo não funcionava, liguei na recepção e disseram que alguém iria até o quarto avaliar, não foram! Wi-fi não funcionou corretamente e quando funcionava a internet estava muito lenta. Ao tomar banho, o chuveiro elétrico não esquentava e foi necessário trocar de quarto. Agora a pior parte, o ar condicionado. Péssima condições de higiene, um cheiro forte de mofo. Será que já ouviram falar que o ar condicionado precisa de manutenção???
